Great location, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Loved that the bathroom was separate from the bathroom sink. Also, the little sink area by the fridge was a plus. In addition, the multiple chairs made it easy to relax after a long day without having to utilize the bed.

The one drawback was there was not a microwave oven in the room. And a suggestion as it pertains to booking through a 3rd party site such as Booking.com. We purchased a room with breakfast included which we were under the impression covered all the individuals in the room. The desk clerk said it only covered 2 of us and we would have to pay for our son. There was nothing we saw that stated that. If that's the case it should be made explicitly clear. Not in fine print somewhere, that we know no one reads in most cases.

Disappointed that there was a charge for breakfast. My granddaughter was with us and we would have liked to shared breakfast before we checked out. Other comparable hotels have complementary breakfast. I also have 2 small dogs who travel with me and they were not welcome at your hotel. Insulting!

Charge for breakfast was a cheap shot. Disappointing that such a really lovely hotel can’t afford to offer complementary breakfast! Your no pets welcome is insulting and behind times.

Staff at front desk and Roxanne in the restaurant were all top notch. Great people - helpful, personable, friendly and professional.

Did not like the lighting in the room. The overall lighting is insufficient because it's all LED, but the bathroom is the worst. At least for a woman trying to apply makeup - it just doesn't work - you really can't see the makeup you're trying to apply. The LED lighting surrounding the mirror looks nice but is not good in terms of giving adequate light.

Great location to everything we needed. Staff was very helpful in answering all my questions. Rooms were clean and spacious. Rooms also match all the pictures posted on Booking. I did have the breakfast buffet and while it is $11, it is more than worth it - delicious and freshly made with a large selection. Will definitely be back.

Lawrence, the bartender was awesome!! He made wings for us after the hockey match and they were amazing!! He even sent someone to get tobasco for my bloody Mary! We really enjoyed talking to him. Staff is friendly and nice. Very clean and the bed was so comfortable. My favorite thing about this hotel is the big, open shower!! We ended up in a handicap accessible room this time so we didn't get the good shower. I was so disappointed when I saw the tub. Next time I know to request a room with the shower. We will definitely stay here again.

*The handicap bathroom we ended up with. The shampoo and soap dispensers are in a bad place. I hit my elbow on them three times. *Also the bedframe is dangerous. I have a scrape and bruise on my knee from running into the foot of the frame. *The automatic blinds opened at 9am. *Housekeeping actually opened our door at 9:30am and yelled hello! There was a lot of noise in the hallway at that time also. Housekeeping running the vacuum and talking loud. We had a late checkout so we could sleep in and got woken up. In their defense, we were on the first floor near the lobby. Next time we will stay in an upper floor at the end of the hall. Easy fix!

The room was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. The window shades were amazing, making it able to sleep in darkness even when the sun is out. Location was great. It was quiet and cozy. Could ask for a better hotel.

Breakfast should be included and not have to pay extra for it.

The location and convenience to food. The room was very spacious and beds comfy. Facilities were clean, although the room was outdated it gave a vintage feel so it was ok.

The fact it was one person working and I had to wait Almost an hour for my room although I booked online, and was told my room would be ready when I arrived. It pushed my schedule behind and shifted my whole day.

The location to,the arena was great. The fitness center was very nice. The room smelled good and the bed was fairly comfortable. I liked the shampoo and body wash in the pumps.

The price seemed high. The pillows were not comfortable at all. The breakfast was another $10.95 per person. The floor around the sink had not been swept or mopped in a long time. There was dust and trash in the corners. The shower grout was dirty and I think there was mold on the shower curtain.

Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable, location was perfect for going to a football game at night. Stadium was a very quick and easy walk from hotel, and it was so nice to be able to just walk back to hotel after game and go to bed instead of having to fight traffic. There was a fridge in room and a bar in hotel lobby (although I'm not sure if it was open--we didn't use it) and a restaurant less than a 5-min walk away. Coffee was available any time I looked, too, which was nice. We had an excellent experience and will definitely stay here again.

Really it was perfect for what we wanted, only negative thing I can think of is that lighting wasn't great.

Hotel room size was great for 3 adults. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Coffee was always available in the lobby. Was in walking distance to the PNC Arena which was why we chose it.

Breakfast buffett closed at 930am. Too early. Should be open till at least 11am
