The ambience outside the hotel was conducive for outside walks. The breakfast was great. The service was ok. They also had apples, bananas, oranges, and biscuits and coffee available after breakfast hours. Staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area was great.

I changed rooms because of a ceiling leakage, and there was bathroom drain that needed unplugging with a plunger. Some rooms are due for renovation. We had to cross the street to use a laundromat.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. It was Christmas weekend so there was a skeletal staff, but everyone there was cheery and lovely. The location is excellent, the beds are very comfortable. the bed linens soft, and the light breakfast is plentiful and nice.

Our shower did not function properly and could not be repaired immediately. We could have requested a room change, but we really didn’t want the hassle. Also, one dresser drawer was jammed shut and wouldn’t budge. We didn’t even report that until we left, but it indicates that room conditions should be checked. Also, we had to put a towel over the connection between the heating/cooling unit and the wall. There was a big gap and col sit was rushing in. Finally, entrance to the property random a side street. There should be signs to indicate turns. It’s easy in daylight or after we know where to turn, but it’s not so easy after dark.

The lady that was at the front desk on the night shift who checked us into the hotel was very helpful and friendly made us feel very welcome to the Hampton inn by Hilton. The morning shift was nice and helpful. If I come back to Carolina I would stay there again.

The coffee ☕ because it was just to strong which I didn't like the taste. I guess Abarica is not for me.

Your staff was exceptional! I was in town for a funeral and never had a chance to eat breakfast, but three other family members stayed as well and they ate dearly and said the food was more than what they expected and absolutely great!! I am vision impaired and I was giving tender loving care and will return to your property when I return to Raleigh North Carolina😊

Everything was great but if I had to say anything… I would have liked a comfortable chair in the room. Which I’m sure are in the other rooms, I was in an accessible room so maybe that may be the reason why I did not have a sitting chair in my room. But of course there was a chair that goes with the desk and that was sufficient.

The location was perfect. We were near many great restaurants and stores. There were many places within walking distance. Breakfast was quite tasty. The check in process was great.

Everything was good except only one elevator was working. It wasn't working when we checked in on Monday and still wasn't working when we checked out on Wednesday.

I love their breakfast option and their amazing Staff. Teelah went the extra mile to assist me with my check-in and also check on me when I got in my room. Please recognize her for everything she does. It really made my stay top notch!

The bed and pillows were the comfiest ever. Breakfast offered a great choice and was really tasty. Our room had everything we needed. Parking was free and it was easy to park. We really enjoyed our stay.

There was a nice selection of teas and the cold beverages up front was very nice. I loved the blankets, which were warm, attractive, and had a nice texture. This really made a big difference.

We were really hoping to be able to use the pool but it wasn't open. This was disappointing. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was because it had a pool.

The room was very comfortable. The beds were nice.

The shower head couldn’t be adjusted. We went to the continental breakfast on Saturday morning around 7:30, and there was no regular coffee available

The way the rooms are categorized as Handicapped. Thought I was getting a handicapped room with walk-in shower and high toilet when the room was just a normal room. It was characterized as handicapped only because of hearing issues. Hotel should recategorize The rooms for what they are - not overall handicapped. Handicapped to me is a room that accommodates walkers and wheelchairs, has high toilets and bars to hold on to. I had a hard time dealing with the room I had simply because there were two people and no two people rooms with the accommodations listed.
