Good water pressure and nice new bathroom hot water was excellent

Pillows in the room we stayed need to be updated they were flat and out of shape.

If you're a budget hotel frequenter like I am, don't be afraid to step outside the "big chain" norm for this one. I was a little hesitant to stay in an unknown place, but the local chains had such bad reviews that I chose this one. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked great, and there was a full sized fridge and microwave. The bathroom was nicely renovated and the shower pounded me like...I mean the shower was as hot as lava. Seriously, I wish I had that shower at home. I've always thought hotel carpet was kind of gross, and this one has clean hardwoods. So maybe pack some socks if your tootsies get cold.

This was a last minute booking, and I didn't pay attention to the fact that the 2nd floor was only accessible by stairs. My wife has some mobility difficulties, so this was a bummer, but not a dealbreaker. The staff was very helpful in trying to find an alternative, but being a holiday weekend, it wasn't possible. The one "ketchup packet" of shampoo may not be enough for those with longer hair, or staying multiple days.

Room was remodeled, foyer area remodeled with multiple vending machines that offered more than the usual, frozen snacks, ice cream etc, staff was very pleasant

It looks like a remodel has taken place, room itself was very nice other than still have old dingy wooden doors and you can hear everything in the hallway which still needs work and had various smoke possible marijuana smell at times Side doors stayed unlocked and no key was required for entry which needs to be addressed for safety concerns

Each time we've stayed here it has been a pleasant experience. It's about 8 minutes from our family home so we're not too far away when space is exceeded. The facility is always clean and the front desk staff is very welcoming. We booked/checked in late this time but they were still able to give us a clean & comfy room to rest after a long drive. They are our go to for every visit home💜

In the morning, housekeeping was a bit loud when going into other rooms which disturbs sleeping guests. Just be mindful and that would be perfectly in line with everything else.

So this place had us worried at first but the front desk lady was sooo sweet. The rooms are being updated, bathroom was brand new, they have a full size fridge tv had plenty of channels to pick from.seperate smoking and non-smoking areas so room didn't smell like smoke at all.

Beds were not good for me but I need a very soft bed. Rooms need painting, but I think they are working on it. The area is a bit concerning looking but nothing happened so 🤷

I love the glass like walls and the bathrooms are gorgeous 😍 I like how nice the staff are and they are very helpful and on point with their work....I like how they took effort into making sure I had a nice clean comfortable room and lol they made it known the are one call away....wasn't what I expected the outside of the building and halls to look like like but the rooms got me....I'll be back for another weekend stay.

The fact that people treat the place like it's the projects because it's an extended stay to be honest with you..and didn't do their part to help keep outsiders (me..I drove from almost two hours away) coming back..

It was clean and absolutely loved the bathroom🙃

I didn’t really mind it just the only thing is the hallways smelled like pot but they can’t really make that stop people are going to do it in smoking rooms.

The room was renovated. There was a large refrigerator in the room. I heard nothing from the neighbours.

If "constantly coming back" was a person, I'd most definitely be that person since I constantly keep coming back! Lmao. From the lady at the front desk doing night shift, to the one's doing check outs in the morning, it really is all positive vibes. Don't get me started on the room! Lol

Not much I didn't like. Only wish I could stay forever!

Everything from the time we walked in the door. The hospitality was amazing. Our check-in was last minute because we were staying somewhere else and had the worst experience. We walked into America's Express Inn and they made us feel very welcomed and at ease. You can not go wrong with this place. And their location to where we were visiting was perfect! We even ran into one of the housekeepers and he was very friendly and respectful as well.
