Staff is fantastic - everyone at front desk was absolutely awesome. Hotel isn't super fancy but it's clean, quiet & feels safe. Also they allow pets which is great. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again!

The only negative was that the room was pretty hot even with a/c at full blast. But it's been super hot outside so to some extent I think that's to be expected.

The king-sized bed was very comfortable and we slept great. That said, we'd driven for 12 hours and were exhausted, but we still slept great. The place was quiet, which was nice, especially since it's just off the highway.

It's really impressive how small they can make a bathroom. I appreciate that there's a sink and mirror just outside, but the hotels/motels that think it's a good idea don't get it. The decision to design the rooms so that you can only use the toilet and shower if you can squeeze past the tiny door is one that should be reconsidered. Terrible idea, especially in this day and age of supersized Americans. The designers ought to spend a couple of nights sleeping in the rooms; then they'll understand. Oh--and the breakfast was free. And AWFUL. Go to a restaurant instead.

The property is updated and fairly clean. This is the 3rd or 4th time staying. The location is great. It is near I-95 and a few restaurants like Wafflehouse, McDonald’s and Wendy’s. There is even a convenient store or two near the location. They did take one of our personal towels but I’m sure it was an accident. The trash cans should have ashtrays on them because people will put their butts out on top of the lid. Then the wind comes and blows them off. Cigarette butts laying around in the walkways wasn’t very appealing. But over all, I’m very pleased with the stay. I recommend.

Location and cleanliness.

The rooms were clean and the ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable.

The rooms were a bit outdated looking but they were clean which is more important than being the most up-to-date looking. We were a bit disappointed at the breakfast area and wish there could've been a better selection and perhaps hot food. The only other downside which I didn't realize at the time I booked was that the rooms open to the outside. However we had no issues.

Location and staff

There was a shooting in the front of the hotel lobby on the outside,we weren't allowed back onto the property for quite a while and it was very uncomfortable the second night....the first night no problems (beds in double could have been bigger)

It’s decent.

There are numerous aesthetic issues and hospitality issues. They are teetering on sanitary issues. Their cleaning staff efforts are declining. I’ve been here several times. The amenities are declining

The room was fine, clean and comfortable. Staff was also good; friendly and accommodating. Location is handy to the highway, so there's that.

Might be a bit picayune, but don't bother with the free breakfast; you get what you pay for. Better to go down the street to Panera Bread, or even the Waffle House. Other than that, no problems with the place.

The facility is located close enough to the interstate to find yet not too close to be bothered by the noise. Restaurants and Shoppe located nearby. Breakfast was hot delicious and constantly being restocked. Mamie checked us in late last night with her professional and sweet southern charm. Kim running the morning shift with precise and professional manner. Kim also made us feel welcome with her sweet disposition. True assets to this company. We had stayed here 10 days ago and this was our return trip from up north. It is being saved as out favorite in our travel app.

This property is conveniently located just off of I-95 where we can quickly get on and off of the highway on our way either north or south. Additionally, there are plenty of food options within walking distance or about a mile down the road at the outlet mall.

Although this is an older property, it is very well maintained. The only minus would be associated with the area more than the property itself. The area felt very transitory and made you feel you needed to keep your eyes open while moving outside of the property.

Check In was easy. Room was clean, had a tv, microwave, Mini fridge, iron, coffee in the room, bed was comfortable. Breakfast waffles were good! Easy on/off the highway.

Nothing really. It's just an older hotel.
