Staff was not really friendly. Had to wait to check in, while staff stood there talking with each other, was not greeted when we walked in door. We where there for 3 nights, never given clean towels or sheets. Dogs barking all night in room next to us. Bathroom drain smelled horrible. Toilet was dirty. Breakfast was a joke, no milk for the cereal, microwave food is not considered a full breakfast.

One night had terrible noise in room above us until 3:30 in the morning. Sounded like jumping off beds and running back and forth in room.

Cockroaches, rooms need maintenance - loose faucets, cables hanging from TV. Also, the windows were unlocked on a first floor room. Didn't catch it until after first night and mid way through the next day. Very unsafe.

The breakfast good. I love the fact that they were able to meet every last one of our expectations. I would recommend this hotel to any one. It was better than I expected.

Beds were comfortable. Room was plenty large enough and clean. Good selection of TV channels. Staff was terrific! Good location. Minutes from plenty of restaurants.
Breakfast variety was lacking. 2 story facility......no elevator! If I'd have known that,, I would have specifically requested a ground floor room.

My room had a walk-in shower. I would've liked some kinda no slip texture or pads on the floor. Very slippery tile floor.

It could have been a little cleaner, but I do understand that since Covid, many places are understaffed.
