I was happily surprised by the upgrades, cleanliness and how inexpensive it it was. The staff was polite & Samantha (I believe) greated us immediately upon arrival. Non smoking, pet friendly & the ease on & off the highway was a huge plus. I will be making this my hotel stay when I travel which is frequently. When you need someplace to be comfortable and lay your head while traveling, this is your place.

Just a personal note , I am an ice person so if they had ice makers multiple places that would be great.

The location and cleanliness was very good. We were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and we slept well. The walk to Food Lion was very convenient and we were able to pick up our food and other items. Our dog was very happy for the walk.

I wish there was a fridge since we had some cooked food. I also wished there was one more chair. The coffee was fine but I wish you had a choice of half and half.

Friendly staff, great coffee, comfortable beds. 24 hrs. security on premises. Working ice machine with a snack machine and drink machine available 24 hours.

There are no microwaves in the room, no refrigerators in the room. Also, the drink machine was out of order my whole stay.

The room is very clean, bed is clean and comfortsble. Air quality in the room is natual fresh, clean smell. No artificial air fresner smell. All amenities as described. The staff members are courteous and helpful. The parking area are well lighting, gives the safe environment. Location is good to all restaurants and gas stations, which is convienen for travelers. The price is excellent.

I can't think of anything not to like.

The bedding is always clean and hair free. Everything was clean except the light above the door had something brown splattered on it like a pop exploded or something.

The splattered liquid on the light was gross and the spot around the drain in the tub was stained and looked like someone scrubbed it with steel wool and scratched the acrylic in the tub. The area the hotel was in is a bit run down due to things closing but it's a great price and hard to find a clean place that's bot astronomically priced. It's great for a stopover traveling.

Pet friendly and it had parking at your room door as well as a bar fridge and microwave. Sammy was the front desk attendant at the time of check in and she was nothing short of amazing after a long drive from Florida. She made my check in process and stay feel welcoming and accommodated my needs as I was travelling with my senior mother. Thank you Sammy :)

Bathroom could have been a bit more updated and the ceiling had some pretty bad water damage

Samantha was absolutely perfect! She is an awesome fit for the first line of contact. Very professional, smiling, and complimentary. She deserves a huge bonus!

The hotel room was a bit dated and the air conditioning unit was so loud It sounded like a train in my room so to avoid disturbing my neighbor with a loud TV I had to turn the air off

The woman that works afternoon/nights was helpful and hilarious. Beds were nice, and the room was clean. And they let me have my dog so bonus points.

Dresser handle was broken kept hitting my shin on it. Crescent shaped hole in the wall by the door, and some chipping in the paint in the room but those are just aesthetic.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, pet friendly. Near the highway, Starbucks, multiple fast food restaurants, and Food Lion. My requests made at booking were all honored. Check-in / out was professional, fast & friendly

This is not on the hotel. As of August 2023, there is an enormous amount of road construction, making navigation tricky. I was very glad to arrive while it was still light.

Staff at night was very friendly and on the morning also friendly and courteous. Room was obviously cleaned, no smells of pets or smoke. The location was very quiet.

The ceilings, lights, things up high on the walls looked old and dirty. However everything at eye level including bathroom sinks, shower, furniture and bed seemed to be more updated and clean.
