We loved the little bar and that we each got 2 drink tickets each night and a light supper. What a good idea for guests so they don't have to go out in an unfamiliar place driving around in the evening. We really enjoyed talking to Nancy and wish her the best of luck in her upcoming adventure.

We had to be poolside to have a room with 2 beds and had to listen to people outside our door in the pool. Kind of loud but wasn't late at night so not to big of a deal.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The sheets and towels were fresh and clean.

The front desk clerk was a bit unkempt and short with his answers without a smile or attempt to create any rapport. The carpet in the room looks like it should have been replaced a few years ago and the bathroom walls/ceiling could use some maintenance.

Room clean and very roomy. Fridge and coffee maker in room which we enjoy. Large tv along with table for writing at or making coffee. The lamp on this table was a touch lamp along with plug in for phone charging. I find this very handy. The bed was very comfortable along with enough blankets. Individual room thermostats is always a plus. Hot breakfast was good. Along with cereal and yogurt rolls and such. Located on main highway so many things close by for different food types and shopping. Yes we recommend this place.

The breakfast was good, with lots of choices. The free cocktails and nachos were a nice bonus! The room was nice and very quiet. The location was perfect for our needs.

The bathroom was very small and not as clean as it should have been. There was a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower stall.

Stayed here before, new it would be a reliable place to stay and offer all of the amenities you could need while being comfortable. The gal at the hotel bar was very pleasant and friendly, I felt like her service was great not just because it was her job but because she is a good person.

There was nothing that I didnt enjoy. planning more fishing trips for the coming weekends and will likely be the place that I choose to stay.

I always stay here when I’m in DL. It’s honestly the best location for access to lake foods Downtown basically everything.

Most of the rooms are decent. This time I stayed in a jacuzzi room. Out dated tub. Not really worth the xtra money paid. It is an older building and they are starting to renovate. But not sure how much they are going to do.

We were passing through and this was a very nice place to spend the night. Staff were friendly, beds were comfortable, room was clean. The form wants another sentence but I have nothing else to say.

Zero complaints. it was all entirely good. I'm only writing in this text box because the form requires it. La la la la this is the last sentence.

Staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The game cleaning room is top-notch, one priority why Fireside Inn was my choice. Complimentary breakfast, dinner, and drinks were a plus. Will stay with them in the future

Renovation is underway at the moment, but it doesn't affect my stay, only will get better when completed.

Location, the room was big and clean! I would say of all the hotels we stayed at this one was on the top of my list!! They offer a dinner and breakfast included with the room! It was very quiet considering that the are doing renovations!!! Excellent value for the money!!!!!

What wasn't there to like is the question!!!!! Kids had a blast at the pool. Rooms are nice and who cares if they are renovating the place the money people spend make it better, will be back again
