We loved the easy check-in process. The hotel receptionist was very courteous and inviting. We had trouble with the key card and actual door device, and she immediately had that sorted. We enjoyed the retro lodge resort style. Many places to gather and a bar and restaurant on site. Everything was 5 min travel from this location, but then again, it is Dickinson, ND. Overall, we were satisfied with the location, amenities, and service.

I didn't care for the fact the jacuzzi wasn't very clean and when I asked for it to be cleaned so we could use it, they told me that it wouldn't be today (sunday) and they were sorry for the inconvenience. Considering it was Sunday, I wasn't entirely disappointed. I understand some employees do not have the responsibility of maintaining facilities. The continental breakfast wasn't the best. It's very basic, but considering it's free, again, I'm not entirely disappointed.

Older property, but very nice and clean. The front desk staff was wonderful, helpful, and understanding. However, the morning of our departure, we received a knock on the door by the housekeeping person wearing a turban. Check out time is 11:00 AM, and we had our do not disturb sign out.  He, alone, was trying to clean six other rooms, and left the doors open to the hall. I reported to the desk, and they said they are “working on it.”Also, breakfast was marginal.

I always stay here when I am in town for business. Location is central in Dickinson, which gives you great access to just about everything. There are ample food options surrounding the hotel including a great menu offered by the hotel in the bar. The bar is great and have very friendly staff.

Again, having stayed here many times before. I can always notice cleanliness is always a bit lacking. When you are in the bathroom and look into the corners and see dirt, you know someone literally cut the corners. I have had issues with the staff in the past. This stay the staff was awesome!

Easy to get to from freeway. Parking lot is huge. Building was solid, entrance was easy to find. Your walking into a grand opening. Everything huge and comfortable. It was like stepping into the Governor's Mansion. Desk lady wasn't snobby even though the ladies before me were quite difficult, but she posed herself very professional and friendly. Room was exquisite, price was very fair and beds were perfect! My son didn't even snore that night. Lol breakfast room is beautiful, food is good and the lady was bright and helpful. This is such a great place to stay.

I only had limited time. On our way home from a 6 day trip, would've been nice to stay another day and did more school shopping and sight seeing.

The location in town closed to everything, walking distance to movies and mall. Beds are comfortable! Plenty of pillows, the kids loved the deep I. Door pool and I loved the jacuzzi!

Allowed pets! The adults had place to go play pool and have a drink by bed!

The location was central to eating and shopping. We were there for a family visit and really just used the room for sleeping

I did not like that the back door remained unlocked our whole stay, even at night-pretty sketchy. Not sure why, but very unsafe. Coffee pot was teeny tiny also

Staff was super friendly, and i especially enjoyed the pool/hot tub area.

The elevators were super sketchy! One shook violently on occasion, and the other the doors would close and engage, but wouldn't leave the floor until 2nd, sometimes 3rd try.

The staff was incredible night time and day time. The room chosen for me was very convenient for my broken foot.

The refrigerator didn’t work. The property does not have the amenities such as Resturant etc that I expected. It was very difficult to book online, we had to drive there, walk in and ask because the web said CLOSED. the outside of the property does look a bit shabby.

Very Friendly staff

Pool needs to have a lifeguard, or better security to enter. Pool area has a railing on second floor, and couches nearby. It's open around pool area.We saw teenagers push the couch by railing and try to jump off into the pool.We did report it, and it was taken seriously. Better safety measures needed in place.
