Kris at the front desk checked us in and out, made our 8 year old feel like the only kid on the planet with the attention she gave him (along with the fresh cookies and small toy for being on his best behavior). The pool area was nice, it accommodated the 20 or so members of our swim team staying there for a meet that chose to swim plus other families in the pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. According to my 8 year old, would give it a million stars!

Close to the hospital, good breakfast, helpful front desk employee.

Dirty floors, too expensive for the condition of the hotel, our room 425 looked like there was a murder scene in there. What looks like blood is splattered on the walls and ceiling and one whole wall that needs to be painted as it looked like it was sanded down in many places. What an eye sore. Definitely made us feel like something. bad had gone down in there. Carpet in the halls was very worn and dirty.

Room and facilities cleanliness were excellent, breakfast was great.

The front desk receptionist was never upfront when we would approach. We needed assistance at the front desk twice and both times no one was around, we waited but ended up having to call the front desk number to then have a gentleman to assist us. I could not remember the gentleman’s name but I got the impression he was not very impressed that he had to come up to the front desk.

The breakfast was good, what made it special was the person working the buffet. Hotel staff were always pleasant and quick with a greeting.

If you are there for medical reasons, don't use booking.com. I was able to complete my medical stuff early and have had difficulty ensuring that I am not being charged for time I didn't use. It's not the hotel's fault. It's a fault of the process. If things get worked out with the process and I don't have to pay for time I didn't use, I'll update the review.

The suites/rooms were huge and very spacious. I booked this hotel in a rush one day and had by accident selected a room that is accessible. I’m not sure if that was the reason our room was so spacious. In comparison to regular hotel rooms, this was pretty big. Comfortable beds. Decent complimentary breakfast. Very convenient location.

The carpet in the room was quite dirty, stained, and in one spot sticky. The staff at the reception when we checked in was not very friendly. She didn’t even smile or greet us. She seemed annoyed.

Non smoking property !! Bad experience night before at another place in town!! Front desk lady at check in was amazing !!! Was decorated even for fall beautifully!! Definitely a new top favorite to book when in Fargo!

Everything was great !!

Breakfast was average/typical hotel breakfast. Suite was good size.

AC unit was too close to the bed. Had to shut it off because of the noise. A little spendy for a one-night stay for two people.

Great location, easy to get to with lots of restaurants surrounding it. Beds were super comfy and the room was large with a sitting area.

Pool area was smaller than the pictures made it appear and the hot tub was closed.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, and the location was easily accessible.

There are very few jets in the hot tub, and the water was extremely hot. It was much more like an excessively hot bath than a hot tub experience. The breakfast was in a to-go bag. If we would have known this, we would have stayed somewhere else. We have had a breakfast buffet at a hotel within the past couple of months, so COVID had not interrupted breakfast for that hotel.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and we had no issues during our stay. The hotel was close to Scheels arena where we attended an event Saturday night.
