It was clean and staff were great

We were put on the main floor with a baby and that first night was horrible. They put a group of young students above. They were stomping on the floor soooo much and it went on until 2 or 230 in the morning. Everytime the jump on the floor everyone woke up. That evening we tried going in the pool. We noticed someone letting people in from the outside door. I assumed these people weren't at the hotel. They even brought in a case of beer and pop. They were having a group party. We had to leave because we couldn't here each other talking and the pool jammed up with outside visitors.They had to use the washrooms to change into their bathing suits . Kind of weird. Maybe you allow this at your hotel but I don't think I'd come back because of this.

This hotel is on the same avenue as the airport entrance, conveniently close for an early morning departure.

This was my fault, not a property issue. I thought our room was going to have a door separating the king bed from the pullout and it did not. Make sure you don’t book a studio suite if you want the separation/privacy. I asked and was told to Book a one bedroom suite for privacy.

Breakfast was great. Scrabbled eggs and waffles. Can't beat it!

The toilet was clogged when I got there; nothing gross, it just wouldn't flush. I had to ask for maintenance to check it out. By the time I got back from work, it was fixed.

Staff very friendly when checking in. So very roomy you don't feel cramped. The full size fridge with freezer is handy for keeping my cooler items for keeping medicine cool very acomidating. Breakfast is the best by far. More than one keeping this stocked. Glass utensils make a person feel special. The coffee maker in the room is nice, as it allows you to make two cups at once. No complaints. Would stay again.

I can handle no housekeeping as we don't usually accumulate a lot of garbage. If they could pop in and leave more coffee when you stay for more than one night. That would be good.

We had a great stay. Enjoyed the hot tub / pool. The suite was super clean and functional. There was a mixup on check-in due to a Booking.com error (they told the hotel I had booked 1 room instead of the 2 I had prepaid), but Cora from the front desk was wonderful in calling Booking.com and helping to straighten everything out, and it was all ok.

Only thing pool area dingy something looking mouldy on the floor behind the chairs under the chairs on the right side as you walk in Hot tub needed to be warmer others using it commented also

The breakfast was exceptional. We loved the variety - several choices for every palate and diet. The two ladies in charge kept everything clean and well filled. They even stacked the plates in a clever way to make them more user- friendly. They were readily available to assist the diners. We also appreciated the shuttle service from the airport which was very efficient with a friendly and courteous driver.

I didn’t like the night desk personnel addressing me, and others, as “hon” (honey). It just doesn’t sound very professional to me.

The King suite was very clean, with a comfortable bed and nice towels in the bathroom.

Water pressure in the shower was inadequate, and there was no bathroom fan to remove the steam.

Loved the ceiling fan, made it feel like home. Noticed the view of the patio with grills, that was nice. Only stayed one night but liked the fact it had a small kitchen in the room. Very functional layout of the room!

Couldn’t find the ice machine, otherwise this was the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Fargo! Will stay here from now on!!

The room was beautiful and clean. The staff were amazing and helpful. Great location. Love the amenities.

Only thing that was bothersome was the amount of chlorine in the pool. My babies couldn’t swim for long cause the coughed from the smell.
