Nice warm pool. Didn't require getting used to a cold temperature. Late hours/adult swim time. Fridge worked/not frosted over. Lamps had outlets to allow charging etc. Culligan water dispenser in the lobby. Snack/drinks/frozen food available in the lobby. Hot breakfast. Has a pancake maker instead of a waffle maker. 42" tv.

WiFi didn't work too well this time (kept getting redirected). Could have been the OS (older windows). This room had the sink/mirror in the bathroom, which is less convenient when multiple people are trying to get ready at the same time. Chair in room was fairly narrow.

The breakfast was very good. Clean rooms. The one guy working on night shift was very nice but was overworked due to shortage of employees. The one lady wouldn't let us check in at 2:10. She made us wait until 3:00.

The pool wasn't open and that was one of the reasons we picked that hotel. They said it was closed due to maintenance but probably due to lack of employees.

I requested a room in the corner of the first floor because we have a large dog and if there is a lot of foot traffic going by he will bark and we didn't want to disturb the other people staying in the motel. The staff was very accommodating. Eating places were very close and shopping was very close also. I liked that the pool was not full. I invited my grand children over 2xs and we had the pool to ourselves.

Small parking lot. Outside doors were difficult to get in and out of with anything in your hand and the wind chill made it difficult to take your gloves off to maneuver the door latches. There wasn't a designated doggy area. Minot's doggy park was quite a ways to travel.

I like because it is clean hotel,quiet, nice staff. Also very good locations,good breakfast in clean dining room I have never have problem with people from other room,(all the people who sleep in this hotel was quite and respectfully. Thank you Wingate Hotel!!

Very clean and professional staff!

The staff went above and beyond! They do not offer laundry on site but they offered to dry our wet swimsuits so we didn't have to travel with them wet or go to a laundry mat. The man at the front desk also let my children pick out of a prize box, they were so excited!

The hot egg breakfast could have been better. What happed to sausages or bacon? I didn’t even know what was in the other mixture and did not eat it.

The bathroom fan runs whenever the light is on so if you are soaking in the tub, the fan is roaring away. Also the bathroom light in room 102 is very dim. It makes the bathroom way too dark!

Breakfast was good. Beds were very comfortable and firm. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful.

Pool was closed for our entire stay due to a pump going out.

I made the mistake of not putting the number of children on my booking. The hotel staff was very friendly and understanding! I really appreciated that.

Great location close to mall. Very clean and not run down. Room and beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast was a little lacking. Not much selection.

Easy to get to and within walking distance of shopping and dining. Nice having thé continental breakfast included. The room was clean, facility was very quiet and the pool area was enjoyable!
