The breakfast staff was exceptionally friendly, i think his name was Amer or Amar. anyway, he was always making sure that the food was well stocked and everything kept neat and clean.

The pool was closed the whole time we stayed there. I could have done without the printed notice on the pool door saying "if you have had diarrhea in the last 14 days, please do not use the pool or spa".

Beds were very comfortable and the room was big and clean. Breakfast room was nice and had enough options.

The gym was disappointing. It smelled and was missing some basic equipment (more weights, mat, bands, cleaning equipment, water for drinking etc...). It wouldn't take much to make the gym reasonable, even if it is small. As it stands it was very unpleasant to be in.

We liked the location and the breakfast. The staff were really friendly.

We had a dog and loved that we were in the last room on the first floor but didnt like it that the exit door next to our room wasnt assessable from the outside. We could take our dog out the door but had to go to the front entrance to get back in. The bathroom door was about 1/2 inch from the toilet.

The breakfast was good, area clean and the female morning cook was friendly and attentive. Staff at front desk were polite The area was always being cleaned

My bed sunk a little in the middle. I slept fine.

excellent breakfast, very good selection of foods and drinks, grandkids even ate more than their share! We showed up on Thursday nite, and the hotel hate a complementary dinner for use, which included a free beverage of beer, two free meals, that we used our extra money to spend on other needs.

Good pool and large room

We left something in the room and called about 1/2 hour later but the staff member refused to go up to the room or send someone up to check (instead saying he’d rather wait to see if anyone brought it down)

Had a handicap room. Spacious bathroom. Loved the pet friendly atmosphere.

Again had handicap room. Rest of room was very cramped. Not enough towels for 4 adults. Shower curtain too short . . . Water splashes all over.

Breakfast has improved

Mattress were sagging and lumpy They can use some insulation around the AC units. The winds were high and whistled non stop throughout the night.. very annoying.

we enjoyed our stay staff was very pleasant. room was comfortable

several light bulbs burned out. i alerted the manager and they appreciated the feedback.

Overall the facilities were great. Very modern set up and it seems they did not cut any corners in designing this place. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel

The only negatives were that the hot tub wasn’t working at the time and our room was not entirely cleaned like the beds were still a little unkept and the toilet was clogged. We fixed it for em tho and overall it was a nice place
