The bed was very comfortable, room was quaint, but cozy. Shower was great.

I get that the air conditioner is probably temper control, however multiple times during the night I would have to either take the blanket off because I was too hot, or bundle up being too cold. Had the air on lowest temp, on high. I love the cold, but when I'd be sweating, and then have the sudden shock in temperature change, it was a little uncomfortable. But other than that, the room was perfect. Also, only having ONE open outlet in the room was a little difficult. Trying to plug my phone in as well as my girlfriend trying to use hair dryer and other accessories.

I liked that they had a pool the room was clean for what it was no spider or cob webs in site.Very nicely decorated rooms very clean

There were a group of kiddos and their parents having a pool party no problem but the pool is small and the cuts are very strange it goes from 3ft then in a step it goes to 5ft then 7 then 9 ft and the pool temperature was very cold ❄️🥶 almost like a polar bear swim cold. The front desk staff was nice and friendly however when we called and asked for extra towels we had to go to the laundry room / and they were rude and sent us all the way up front 😞 lightweight comforters after coming in from the cold pool my bestie was trying to warm up so she turned on the heat for a bit and it didn't work and the comforter was a light weight so it was cold all night in the room. Also the lights were very dim the brightest. Light was the bathroom.

Easily accessible, We spend time in Columbus & Pickerington multiple days & the property is in a great location for that. Affordable rates.

The room was outdated & unappealing, carpet felt oily & gross- Non Smoking room with many unpleasant odors. The music from the bar across the street could be heard from inside the room. I saw hotel security twice during my stay always at the front desk, never making rounds or in the parking lot that attracted questionable folks.

Due to my current living situation. I stayed here I have Ben here for about three weeks. The staff is friendly they came to my room everyday to change my sheets and give out fresh towels. They changed my trash cans. Cleaned my room. Very friendly very clean. I appreciate them for allowing me to continue to extend my stay here with no fuss.

I've stayed there a few times over the years & it use to have a bar in it then it became a consistent thing with reynoldsburg P.D showing up from confrontation then it turned into a restaurant now it is under new management and they have gave it a big face lift and turned the bar and restaurant into a banquet hall and ball room area the new owners have done amazing with the place. And it has changed alot.

Well it has strict rules all visitors must check in and get a parking pass for guest's name and room number that is a good protocol but the security officers are constantly trying to find the small thing to make a big deal of as well as not talking to guest with respect as they should be. The security officers are rude and disrespectful especially the one on day shift he walks around taking pictures of guest with his body camera and always hiding in the end caps of the building taking pictures of guest as well to walking parking lot taking pictures of the guest cars and them in it or approaching their cars the security officers are rentacops and wanna be like a cop they are the biggest issue of stay at the hotel

Very nice hotel in a good location close to the Interstate, & only 20 mins away from National Trail Raceway Pool was also open during our stay ( pool is open from Memorial Day-Labor Day)

Some of the housekeepers/maintenance workers didn't speak English so was a little miscommunication there but they were very friendly all around. Only downfall was cops were circling the hotel & checking everyones cars for some reason 🤔 just would have been nice to know a little more information about that type of situation when you have young children.

THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST, staff who checked us in told me they didn’t serve anymore!!!

There was no breakfast EVEN though it was advertised on YOUR website! On YOUR website!!! I asked if our stay would be discounted, he said no. He was very polite and said he only worked there.

It had the basics, clean room and shower which is all we needed. Front desk staff was friendly.

It was odd that when we arrived at midnight, there was a line to check-in. The late night activity meant we needed white noise playing so as not to hear our neighbors. Not enough empty plugs to charge phones (we have to unplug things to charge).

Everything was amazing. The facility was clean and comfortable. I slept well 2 out of 3 nights. Parking was easy. staff was friendly. water was hot. bed was comfortable.

On the 3rd night, there was an all night party going on and I didn't sleep at all. Then had to get up at 5 to catch my flight. I was exhausted.

I always love the location very easy for me to get to the places I need in a manageable time. I also enjoy the staff, we have a very good relationship. The manager is an amazing person, he is very sweet and very tentative. He always goes the extra mile to make sure my stay is better than the last.

I can’t complain, everything was great.
