the lobby & amenities were really nice. bed was comfortable. glad toothpaste was provided upon request since we forgot ours

there was a roach on a counter during breakfast. there was a hair on the shower before we used it. the computer chair wouldn’t adjust. it was broken

I had booked this last minute because the EXTENDED STAY HOTEL that I had reservations with HAD NOBODY TENDING THE CHECK IN DESK FOR 25 MINUTES so I booked this while standing in the EXTENDED STAY LOBBY! Even though this hotel did not normally allow pets, they let us stay anyway for a very small cleaning fee because we were tired, frustrated with EXTENDED STAY HOTEL, and needed the rest! They went above and beyond to accommodate our need! The room was huge (Suite) equipped with everything. It was very clean, and had the most comfortable bed that I had slept in in a week! THANK YOU

There was NOTHING to dislike about this hotel! They EXCEEDED MY EVERY EXPECTATION!

The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great and had lots of options. The hotel was quiet despite it being a huge concert weekend. The room had every amenity we could want for our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

There were places that the paint could use touching up. The door to the room has to be pushed closed, which we did not realize and actually slept with it not all the way shut. Would be nice to have creamer for the coffee in the room.

The room was excellent. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Bed and pillows were comfy. The bed was a little too high to climb into for me because of recent knee replacements, I couldn't use them to crawl up into it.

I was given a room that was not handicap accessible that I had reserved for my safety. I had to go back to front desk to get what I needed. after 15 minutes I finally got the room I requested and it was perfect for my needs.

Location was great, walkable. The beds were comfortable. The lady at the front desk was awesome! Breakfast was decent.

The refrigerator stuck at the bottom. The toilet would run on and off. Think the flapper might be messed up, like water would drain out of it then I have to refill after a while. And the dispensers in the shower for the shampoo conditioner and body wash we're mixed up. I wanted to use the conditioner and shampoo came out.

Service. Jordan at check in was very chatty and so pleasant and helpful. We felt very welcomed and he was very interesting to have a chat with before heading up to our room. The room was spacious and comfortable with pretty much everything you could possibly need. Next time we're in the Columbus area, we'll be 100% staying here again. Breakfast was really good with a good selection and the girl running breakfast was super cheery and kept bringing us more juice. This showed us that it wasn't only Jordan giving the great service but the management of staff to deliver such high standards is on point.

The location was close to the stadium, they offered a shuttle service for only five dollars, they also allowed parking on our checkout day for an additional charge. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. This was our second stay there and we would stay there again.

The bath tub/shower in our room was very small and uncomfortable to shower in. However the water pressure and temperature was awesome

From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. All of the staff we’re very pleasant to talk to. Amenities like the pool and gym area were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing!!! This hotel makes you feel like you underpaid by the quality of service you receive. The room had GREAT AC which I’ve found to be a make or break it for me. 1000% will stay again!

I feel like I’m reaching to type this out, but it would be nice to see EV chargers in the parking lot and the bathroom was a little bit on the smaller side.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Everyone was friendly and quick to help. Breakfast was good. They accomodated me and removed feather pillows from the room and replaced with synthetic. The room was beautiful, extremely functional, lots of storage, comfortable, and well thought out. I highly encourage staying here.

More trash cans would have been helpful. Also more towels at arrival would be nice. They will bring you as many as you want but you start with 3 bath towels for 2 adults....that just doesn't make sense to me. But this was very minor.
