EVERYTHING👌🏻👍🏻😍 Absolutely one of the most beautifully welcoming hotel spaces I’ve ever stayed at. Grand, gracious, every attention to the smallest details and finished with superb craftsmanship and superior fixtures, finishes & interiors. Lavish wide sitting halls outside your rooms with couches and chairs affords a lovely space to gather and spend time with others. The gift shop on the first floor is a true ‘gift’ for the guests. Open 24 hours, and on the honor system, you pick your goods and take them to the front desk to pay your bill. Oh, and the old vintage wood slatted handcarts for your luggage are a throwback to another era and so befitting this grand dame of a hotel.🌷

Their Ellie’s Porch Restaurant serves delicious food, but is only open for breakfast - and up until 2pm. It would be a real asset if we’re open till say 8pm. There was nothing I didn’t like!!!!

Beautiful motel. Breakfast was wonderful but I had to purchase breakfast for 4 to cover the 3 of us. Why? Room was very clean and beautiful. Extremely comfortable beds. BUT we could hear the conversation of the 2 ladies in the room next to us. (Rooms 311 and 312) I mean we could understand what they were saying and they could hear and understand our conversation. Christmas decorations were exquisite. I love the feel of the hotel…old feeling yet new!

Wonderful location! We can walk to grocery store, pharmacy, cute shops and restaurants. BUT great restaurant in hotel too. The hotel was decorated so cute for the holidays. They have a nice gift shop in the hotel as well. Staff friendly and helpful with ideas for area. Hotel and room were spotless. Only thing lacking was introduction to Dave Chappelle! Although his gift shop and comedy club are walking distance from hotel!

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff. Beautifully decorate for Christmas. Loved that the gift shop was open 24 hours and that food prices there were reasonable. Room was very comfortable.

The ONLY "issue" was that the red and green lights outside that were lighting up the building, while beautiful inside and out, could not be fully blocked out by the louvers in the room and therefore the room stayed lit up while trying to sleep

The hotel has a beautiful interior, as do the rooms. The staff (particularly front desk) is extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We had a very good breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. The room we stayed in was very quiet.

The location of the hotel seems somewhat out of place in Yellow Springs. The town, albeit quaint, has a very limited choice of dining options. At the time of our stay, the hotel's restaurant wasn't open for dinner yet (an announcement indicated it would be open the following week).

The location was superb for all the shopping and things to do in the area.plenty of convenient parking. The hotel is decorated tastefully with a great restaurant and gift shop on either side of the beautiful lobby. I appreciated the check in area toward the back of lobby. I believe it adds to the atmosphere without being the focal point.

It has nothing to do with the hotel but the early morning truck traffic is loud. I had a corner room which amplified the noise. be prepared if you are a light sleeper.

I really loved the hotel, it was so clean and tidy. Very attractive and I loved the gift shop and Christmas decorations!!!

I was very disappointed that the restaurant was not open Thursday evening. My husband and I could not find anything open for a good meal. We are not foodies, such as the Cafe type food suggested. We really just wanted what this restaurant had to offer in the evening. We ended up with no dinner because almost everything was closed.

This hotel is lovely! The bright decor and comfortable furnishings in the lobby welcome one to sit and relax. The gift shop is fun to wander through. Ellie's Restaurant is delicious! The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the amenities add to a pleasurable stay. We were visiting Cedarville University which was only a 10 minute drive away. Perfect location in a cute, quaint town of Yellow Springs.

Location in the heart of tourist town, Yellow Springs makes this an excellent choice. All of the downtown of Yellow Springs with its Little art theatre and many good restaurant choices is a plus. Also the excellent Glen Hellen Nature preserve is a couple of blocks away. Or you can visit scenic John Bryan State Park or Scenic Clifton Gorge, each of which can be reached by car and lie within 2 to 4 miles. There's apple picking on weekends at a near-by orchard and Young's Dairy (also within five miles) is a major tourist venue. A major bike trail is several blocks from the hotel. All of this makes this hotel worth the price, as you would need to compare it with a resort rather than just a local hotel, if you are wanting a couple of days in Yellow Springs - a town that regularly makes it onto lists of the 25 best small towns in America.

Street noise can be intense on some Saturdays, when there are special events such as Street Fair and Porch Fest, when one of the musical venues is the porch of the hotel. But even then the streets are usually quiet by 10:00pm

Beautiful room, amazing tub and comfortable bed. Loved the balcony.

The rooms echo alot and the people upstairs walking back and forth over and over and over was loud in pur rooms. Need to add some nice rugs to help absorb the sound. Lay off the air freshners in the lobby or turn them way down.
