We were in town for a class reunion. We’ve stayed with you before and knew what to expect. The most positive feature of Country Hearth is its convenient location to reunion activities. The motel is fairly clean and comfortable. Staff, except for one person, were cheerful and friendly.
Sheets are very thin. Bedspreads are old and faded. There were no blankets, although the weather was warm enough that we didn’t need them. Carpeting and paint in the hallways especially, are very dated.We are originally from Kenton and understand the economics of the area. It probably wouldn’t draw more customers to the motel to spend a lot of$$ to do a lot of refurbishing, but it would make the experience more pleasant.

close to where I needed to be and clean room and Courteous staff
the windows in the pool room were open and it was 10° outside. we asked if we could shut the windows and was told no, it was too cold for the kids to swim so we weren’t really able to enjoy the pool.

Location was good for my purpose of being in town. I didn’t utilize the breakfast benefit, but that was just my choice.
Bed was ok, however the pillows were not very firm/comfy at all. It was like laundry bags filled wadded up paper towels . Not firm at all.

Staff was Great , they let us use the meeting room for our card game.
It was promoted to have breakfast, but they never had it. I asked why was informed manager said that there had to be 10 lodgers to be able to serve breakfast. ALL customers should be important enough to serve breakfast not just if there is 10, if so advertise it that way.

you could not access any of the doors from the outside with your key; so you had to walk around to main lobby. Room was dated but I didn’t mind because it was clean.

The front desk workers were very friendly. My room was clean and smelled really nice.
The A/C heat unit would not let you turn the fan on High.The temperature outside was really cold but I always come prepared and had an extra blanket in case I needed it.
