Staff was very courteous and polite, loved the complimentary deodorant (that I forgot to pack) and bottles of water the attendants gave me upon request; great breakfast; excellent location. The room was spacious and comfortable. It smelled as if the last guest before me may have smoked, and contrary to their best to freshen the smell, I still smelled it. After a couple of plug ins, fabric refresher and air sanitizer I bought to freshen up the room more, it was as right as rain, and very "cozy" and inviting to come "home" to every day! ! I had a week stay and was getting comfortable away from home for the first time while traveling! I'll definitely come again!

I arrived at around 5:30. they gave me two bottles of water and had a lovely soup, salad and wine from 5:30 to 7:30. it was very good and so appreciated that I did not have to go out for dinner. staff was very nice.

traveling with a dog, the dog potty area could be improved. there should be poop bags with a poop disposal can. there was not a lot of grassy areas and there was poop laying in grass. it was not well lite and I stepped in poop. that would be my only complaint. I travel with poop bags and always pick my poop up. it’s ashamed others are not considerate. also note there is a $75 cleaning fee. that’s a little much.

Breakfast was decent. Liked the different breakfast meats from one day to the other. Was surprised and pleased to see they offered sugar free syrup.

Since I stayed for 6 days, I got tired of the liquid eggs used. I do understand about the cost. The other problem was that the toilet was so close to the wall that the toilet paper holder was broken from people bumping into it.

Having 2 rooms, location near everything I wanted clean, friendly, accommodating staff, 24 hour FRESH coffee.

Shower curtains are way too small, coffeemakers in rooms should be upgraded to keurig so you can use your own coffee, leave more than 1 dishwasher soap pod, no wine glasses in room.

I know this hotel is well established but furniture could use updating and the bath/shower need an extra, higher safety bar in the shower. The toilets are low profile so could also use a bar on the wall to help the elderly stand up.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Room was huge and bed was very comfortable.

As you walked in, between the doors there were carts, including a shopping cart. It made it feel cluttered and looked tacky. We were charged more than booking.com quoted but staff said that was accurate. I would appreciate someone taking a closer look at this. I have a message in.

Amenities were what I expected.

Rooms were quite noisy. Soundproofing lacking and being close to a busy street made it worse. Facilities showing some age. Area not very conducive for evening stroll. Dicey neighborhood.

Awesome breakfast and accommodation layout is very comfortable.

Bathroom smells. The cart we use to load our luggage was grocery shopping cart.

The room was just like being at home. Comfortable, inviting. The bed was sooooo comfortable. We will stay there anytime we are in Ohio! And we will be looking for Homewood Suites everytime we are traveling!!! The staff was AMAZING! The rooms were INCREDIBLY clean, and very roomy. We LOVED IT !!!

Our first room, the A/C wasn't working. But they quickly corrected the issue. And the pillows were a bit soft.

found hairs in bed and a piercing, so it seems like they did not take great care in making the bed. bathroom was clean though. very loud ac/heater.
