The property was lovely, close to where we needed to go and felt very minimal and clean. It also had a lot of space and was pet friendly. There was no extra pet fee, just a pet form to sign that if any damages found you would pay if something happened.

The pillows were terrible, they were so plush that they flattened right out as soon as you laid your head down. We had to use like 3 per person and it still was uncomfortable. There was also only one trash can for all three parts of the room which was kind of annoying. (Non in bathroom or bedroom area.)

We had an easy check in and our room was ready earlier, hotel and room were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the layout of the room, was easy to get extra towels and items for the room. We opted out of cleaning since we were only there 2 nights but I would definitely stay here again. Location was great for shopping, meals, to our destination (Spooky Nook Sports Complex). Staff was very polite and helpful.

The modern decor was refreshing. The bed was comfortable. Lovely area to walk easily to many restaurants and park at the fountain and Mulhauser. The fruit bowl in the lobby provided a healthy snack.

The seating in the room was stylish but not very comfy. I did like the fact that it was setup to easily eat or work.

Convenient location. Pet friendly, including cats. It is amazing how many places say they are pet friendly, but when you call, they only allow dogs. No pet fee so the price is the price. Also lots of great food available near by. We especially like Thai Koon - some of the best Thai food we have had.

our interaction with a woman manager there was not great.. she was not very approachable and was “snippy” she did get the general manager and he was very nice and then she seemed to realize she needed to change her approach

Liked the location. Loved the modern and colorful decor! The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

We pretty much just slept in the hotel. Didn't have much time to see anything I didn't like.

It was nice, new, modern and felt like an apartment with amenities

Breakfast was lacking . Just bagels, fruit & coffee. Nothing special.

The hotel was awesome. Very clean and the staff was very cool. The room was big it kinda reminded me of a small studio in NY. Thanks again

Really nothing i didn't like other than their computer was not showing our reservation we paid but they help us very quickly and resolved the issue.

The location was very close to everything and clean.

The indoor pool water was freezing. It was not comfortable to be in.
