The pool area was very nice and it was clean and the temperature of the swimming was spot on. The location was very quiet and there were lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We had one issue the shower curtain does not come down all the way & the floor needs to be fixed to were the water doesn't go all over the floor we had to use the towels to soak up the water. Also they need to have towels in the swimming area . We will definitely come back.

The fitness room is too small

It was close to our family that we were visiting, close to restaurants and stores. It was quiet and on the first floor, making it much easier for myself and my fiancée to get to as we are both disabled. The beds were super comfortable!!

The carpet was in need of a good cleaning, after a shower and walking around before putting shoes and socks on, our feet were dirty

The Front Desk Agent was soo helpful. Booking.com made an error with the room that I was put in. I was put in a room with a King bed and it was a pet room. It was myself and my Daughter and we do not have a pet so we should've had a room with two double beds. The front desk agent said that in order to make the change I had to call Booking.com and have them do it. They had me on hold forever so he was able to override the system and fix it without me having to pay extra. I appreciated that soo much.

I didn't get a chance to use the hot tub.

I wanted to check in 1 hour and ,,30 minutes early. I was asked for extra money to check in early. I waited to check in. I had never been asked for a fee to check in early before. I have traveled extensively I the us an in other countries and never been charged a extra fee for check-in in early.

Very easy to get to, no frills clean and was a safe and comfortable place to stop for the night with my family. Breakfast was nice and the place was a great value. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool but it looked very nice.

no bar soap at the sink for hand washing - no frills, no extras, but we just needed a place to sleep on our road trip and we got that so no real complaints!

Pretty much everything!

The guess that was across the hall from my rm 146 was there with a bunch of kids running around slamming Doors just making a lot of nosie. No adults was really around to control them none at all! Folks like that is why others wanna leave or did leave! Not to offend but some of our black partents need to do better! It's places to take kids if you want them to play around!

The staff was very professional and nice. The breakfast was good, the room was very clean, as well as the linens. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay again when I am in the area. I highly recommend this hotel for any travelers looking for a great overnight stay, at a very affordable price.

The only critique I have if any would be that I wish in the handicap rooms like the one I stayed in that there were removable shower heads instead of the fixed ones. When you have a handicap a shower head you can hold is sometimes better than one you cannot.

The gentleman who checked me in was super friendly and accommodating , had a pool,hot tub and saunna with my kids they had Disney channel so it was a great stay. Also there is a cracker barrel 2 min walking distance that came in clutch

Nothing we were only there for one night passing threw and it was a perfect stay

Convenient

The bathroom sink kept clogging, the drain plug needs cleaned out. The room has a musky smell and very damp in the air.

I liked the pool and hot tub area. The breakfast was better than expected for a $70 night.

Found a yellow stain on our blanket. Looked like they turned the blanket around hoping we wouldn’t see it but we did. I’m just hoping it was at least washed first. Cops were also right next door when we were swimming but that’s out of their control. The ONLY thing that wasn’t cleanly was the blanket, and i’m hoping that they didn’t notice it and it was an accident.
