The place was really nice. I actually stayed there before and was it disappointment a bit very convenient to the interstate.

I don’t know why, because the fees have been pulled by booking.com before I got there that when I registered, the guy asked me for $41 more for an incidental fee and when I checked out they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about and didn’t return the money.

it was very clean and new! Excellent.

the only slight complaint would be the quality of the structure; it seemed like the walls/floors were very thin. I felt like the people on the floor below me would hear me walking with the way the ground felt on the impact of my feet, and I could easily hear people in the hallway outside. although the number of people was very little, so not an issue.

Breakfast was the best I have had at a Holiday Inn Express! Everything was fresh and hot. There were many choices of foods and the ladies preparing the food were friendly and accommodating. This was an extremely clean hotel. I would definitely book there again!

The location was great - right off the highway and not far from downtown. The breakfast had pancakes, eggs, breakfast meats, oatmeal, cereal. That was great for the price. I really appreciated that they had Soy Milk. They had Dove products, which I really like. I love getting makeup wipes. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Great stay for a night on our trip

Breakfast was great. The entire facility was non smoking, that was very nice.

I didn’t being charged $25.00 for snack room use and my responsibility to get refund if not used, which it wasn’t. Didn’t like the 5 day rule for house keeping. Who was there before me, did they clean the room? It looked very clean. Linen? That was disconcerting.

Staff was extremely nice! Even brought extra towels to my door! Hotel was clean, check in was so easy! Wonderful stay!

The staff was very helpful and nice. The free breakfast was great, and the room was in good shape.

The seating area for breakfast could have been a little more accommodating for families. There was only 1 table big enough for my family.

The room was very nice with all the amenities that were needed including a kuerig.

The location is a little sketchy but not enough that I felt like i was going to wake up without tires on my car. The mattress was a little firm for my liking but that's a personal preference.

The hotel was clean. Pool was good size. Breakfast had many choices and was tasty. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The people who worked there during the power outage were very nice and helpful. The bathroom was clean, very nice and comfortable. The room was spotless and bed was comfortable.

Power went out for 3 hours and I had to wait till it was back on to charge my phone and watch the news for the weather. Getting to the bathroom was also difficult because of the power loss.
