Location was excellent directly off of Route 8. Exercise room and pool looked nice but we did not use. Breakfast was good-- wish there were more low carb options. Bonus was a Blink EV charger (for a fee) in the hotel parking lot.

There were 2 families with small children also staying on our floor. They were talking in the halls and kids were running and yelling late at night and again 7am outside our rooms. Not a fault of the hotel. However, it impacted the quietness and some people do not recognize that sound travels easily especially in hallways.

The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was just fine. The premises were kept nicely. The location to the national park was good. Restaurants were nearby.

Especially in the afternoon & evenings, there was no one visible at the front desk. You just had to stand there (no bell, no nothing to alert you were there) and hope someone would come out. Checking in took forever (a good 15 minutes, no one else in line). Minimal effort seemed to be the goal behind the front desk.

All was well, staff was great. The morning after my first night stay, when i showered the tub did not drain at all. I went down to the front desk & they immediately changed my room. They even sent me help to transfer. The part that really disappointed me was thst I left my dress raincoat in the closet in the first room. By the time I remembered, someone had stolen it.

Breakfast was good, lots of green space…and a walking trail behind neighboring clinic

A microwave in room would have been nice, but one in lobby area sufficed. I had requested room on 1st floor and booking said it was agreed. But that wasn’t the case when I arrived. Only room available was 3rd floor . My dog is very apprehensive in elevator…I couldn’t take stairs ..bad ankle. But we managed.

Very close to Blossom Music and a short drive to the FHOF. Good hot breakfast.

Asked for extra pillows(only 2 on a king) that never came! That was annoying! But not as annoying as the price difference from what I booked on Booking.com to what I was charged when I left! No explanation for the difference other than the room rate changed! Seriously??? Still trying to correct the error

Clean, comfortable place with much better than normal breakfast buffet.

When we checked in, the staff member tried to charge us a much higher rate. He told us the additional amount was to cover local property taxes. I had to open Booking.com to provide that we already had paid the lower rate. We have stayed at this hotel before and the staff has been great and we did not have this issue.

The staff was friendly, helpful. It was quiet and comfortable. There was a water issue when I returned from a concert, but it was a city problem and they freely gave me water and were apologetic. It was not their fault. They did a good job during a difficult period. Great job!

the exceptional gentleman who greeted me. He efficiently checked me in. Also he was able to print out direction to an attraction in the area we were visiting. Gave us two adjoining rooms as requested. I was impressed with cleanliness, staff and great breakfast, also the tea and coffee available round the clock, it was nice and hot ! All around great stay and will definitely book hamptons in future

Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The housekeeping people were LOUD at 8am. Checkout is at noon. I had my alarm set for 930am to leave by 1030am. They were so noisy I was woken up too early. I understand they have a job to do but the noise was excessive banging.

Convince of Location

I asked for a early check in due to arriving early, was told check in was at 3pm. I also left in my message to the property that I would be checking out early due to having to go back to Pennsylvania for work so I was hoping that would compensate for the earlier check in
