I liked the staff. They were very helpful in getting me a handicap room with a king-size bed. The bed was very comfortable and sufficient side tables and chairs. A small yet brand new red microwave helped me make soothing tea before bed.

A little sketchy especially in the parking lot. Once in the room I felt safe and the soundproofing was good. The breakfast bar was nonexistent.

The location was great! It was close to the highway, a very short drive to a shopping mall, lots of stores, restaurants and gas stations. Check in was super easy too.

The room was a little outdated, the bathroom was very small, barely one person fit in there, maybe you could fit 2 if someone was in the shower. The refrigerator didn't get very cold, but it served the purpose we needed it to. The outlets weren't easily accessible to plug in a cell phone and no usb ports. Had to move the nightstand out to get to a wall outlet.

I told when I made the reservation that I had a dog and that he was well behaved better then most kids . And when I made the reservation there was no charge for my dog ,but when I checked in I was told there would be a $25 charge for the dog.

Check In was very easy and the lady who checked me in was very nice, gave some good restaurant recommendations. Room was clean, refrigerator was cold and working. Bed was comfortable.

Pillows were stained up, hard and flat need to get some new pillows. Parking lot has quite a few potholes.

I needed rest from the trip. It was quiet and i let the staff know...they respected that. Also gave me a late check out without a problem, but the weather made me leave earlier.....of which they had no problem and got me out quick. The mini fridge is a nice touch.

I asked for a non smoking room. But it reaked of smoke and there were cig burns on the bed and sheets.

I loved to head bord picture. It was soo beautiful. An tv had good channel's!

The room could have smelled a little better. But with a little furbreez, it turned out great!!

there were smoking rooms available, it was a nice comfort for me not to have to make a special trip outside to smoke when your trying to get comfortable on a trip.

Staff were great. Really helpful and friendly. Accommodation was a described when I booked.

Room was nice newly remolded . Asked for smoking room in reservation and got a non smoking room.. Booking.com mixed it up..
