Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Great cozy vibes’

The breakfast was mediocre at best. Still overall was nice to have something in the morning for the kiddos. I wish they had more options for breakfast. They mainly served sausage which when I bit into had rocks or bones in it most of the time. Fruit was always the same and bananas looked like they had been there several days. Fresh melon or or waffles would’ve been nice! Pancakes were chewy. Also the elevator inspection was out by a several months. I think this was just an oversight.

This is the second time we have stayed here in the last month. We love the hot tub suite. The staff is always pleasant and courteous. Rooms have been ready as designated check in time. We always went down and enjoyed a couple drinks in the lounge/bar. Courtney has been our bartender both times. She is wonderful. Attentive, funny and engaging. We will be back soon

Need key access to the outside doors so we don’t have to trek down the sometimes long hallways to elevators or stairs. Most of the side access doors where locked which I like for safety reasons but for ease it would be nice to have a closer entrance for rooms on the ends of the buildings

I like staying here when I am in town because the pool is great, the bar and all staff are welcoming, and the breakfast is great (even for gluten-free) This particular stay was not as comfortable as previously, but I didn't ask to change rooms since they had upgraded me but I am sure they would have tried to accommodate if I had reported earlier that there was an issue with the room A/C. I simply turned it off and slept better. I was happy that after my concern was raised the next day, they were responsive and dealt with the situation in a satisfactory manner. I will stay here again.

I could not address an issue immediately since going up the chain of command took time but overall there wasn't anything I didn't like and I would definitely return.

Very excited that there was a hot tub!! Pool is heated so we could go outside in March and enjoy the indoor pool too! The room was good to have with a microwave, fridge, keurig coffee tea maker and hot of shampoo conditioner and body wash more than enough to use not the little bottles you would find in other places ive been. The meal provided was good had both continental items as well as hot meals buffet style get what you like. They even had my favorite strawberry cream cheese! And Fearless chocolate milk! And lots of cocoa which is so awesome to see being an avid cocoa drinker! Lots of cream options too. And a gift shop with a charger for all different devices should you need that as well as cups and t-shirts about the hotel. And although we did not use it their pantry is well stocked with snack items and drinks.

The hotel overall good job just noticed a few things and could be because of a busy weekend for the first one doesn't mean it will happen the next time the same you know. Prayers for all those who worked so hard there Towels needed to be stocked in pool area but we just went and got towels from the room. It would also be nice if they stocked towels and toilet paper but we did use tissues as toilet paper instead, for guests who didn't check out that day. I noticed they skipped our room and it would be nice if we had new towels for the following days stayed. And a phone to call the front desk to get those items to the room also helpful. And info about meal times and swimming hours, channel lineup etc would be good too didnt see that in the room.

I absolutely loved it!! Location, all the amenities!

The only thing was we live 2 hours away we called to ask about early check in because we foster & we’re taking the kids to see their mother. & the lady told us we could check in at 1. So we made sure to leave & get there by 1. We got there & they kept saying it wasn’t ready. They were very rude. Said 3 o clock on the dot! So then we asked to speak to the manager & there was a room ready, & the exact same room we booked. So I was confused. We had to sit in our vehicle for 2 hours with 2 babies & 2 frenchies!

The location was great and the room was comfy. The breakfast had options for everyone and was pretty good. There was plenty of parking and it was close to the doors.

There was stuff in the fridge(cup of nearly melted ice cream and a half a bottle of chocolate milk) when we checked into the room and the room could have been vacuumed better as there was crumbs or something on the carpet. The only coffee in the room was decaf, but we were able to go to the desk and get regular coffee.

Very clean, nice, convenient and staff friendly and responsive. Rooms nice and beds super comfortable.

The only issue was there were apparently a couple of birthday parties or other “get togethers”staying in hotel, and even after 10pm there were a lot of kids, young teenagers, congregating in the hallways etc. loud. So I would prefer a room far away from the “convention center” part of the building next time.

We opted for the King Suite which was spacious and had a balcony. Great location- close to restaurants. The staff is great. Breakfast was nice too.

The walls/ /floors are pretty thin. This was our second stay at this property. Last time no issue. This time someone was partying on a floor above and we could hear every footstep, door/ cabinet opening and shutting, and chairs scrape across the floor. The staff was quick to address once I called the front desk.

Staff was very professional, yet friendly. Informative and always around. Accommodations were excellent. Beautiful decor, spacious and clean.

There is no sitting area outside of the hotel. The weather was amazing and we like the outdoors, however we were sitting in the hatch area of our SUV to watch the sun rise. We seen many couples sitting on the curb and sidewalk, due to the lack of seating.

I loved the atmosphere of the hotel, the lobby was well decorated & had a Bison & horse animal theme. The Rooms were spacious & comfortable. A/C Blew very cold, beds were so soft, & both TVs were huge! The pool & Jacuzzi area were clean & well stocked with pool towels. Breakfast was the BEST I EVER EXPERIENCED! they served Biscuits & Gravy, French Toast, Eggs, Potatoes, bagels, cereal, 4 different Juices, pancakes etc. The morning crew was friendly & fast, replenishing food & drinks for guests. Exceptional customer service, 10/10 Highly Recommend!!

Honestly, we waited about an hour after our check in time BUT it was a Holiday weekend & they were short staffed & the room still needed to be cleaned so I completely understood. THIS did not change my rating because the CUSTOMER SERVICE was Great & a couple cards drinks at the hotel bar satisfied me for the inconvenience.
