I had originally book with another hotel through Expedia in Durant for a concert. When we arrived at 4:30 at other hotel , there was a line to check in and no -one at the front desk. Waited in line for approximately 25 minutes when we were told there were no rooms available ( they were not ready ) .. This is at 5 PM!. So I go online and used booking.com. Needless to say, not only did you have a room available, we got checked in immediately. Clean , friendly and room ready even at last minute. Luckily for your hotel , we got to enjoy the rest of our trip stress free. Thank you!!

The pool and room was exceptional. The breakfast was great, and my room was right by the elevator so they did accommodate my ADA request. Overall, I love the facility.

I did not like the fact that while checking in they failed to mention that the manager require visitor's to put a credit card on file, in which they charged my card the whole amount. So, I chose the option at checkout to pay in full on Booking for the price. I was charged twice for the room, and of course the inconvenience of having to wait about 3-5 business days for the refund of the authorization to be back into my checking account. Apparently, they "didn't see the confirmation on their end" so I suffered because they have trust issues with the third-party company affiliates. The staff was nice, but they should al be trained on one accord.

Breakfast looked wonderful but we went to IHOP. I was there to meet friends from Houston who were bringing me my toy poodle I had purchased from a breeder they know. He has been in service training. I was told there would be no charge for him but I was charged. It is fine though. the room was beautiful and big and very clean. I wish we could have stayed a few more days but had to get back to work in Iowa. it was a long drive! I will stay again at La Quinta Inn and Suites wherever I am, if possible

My favorite part of the stay was the breakfast! Nice selection of breakfast to get your morning started! The size of the rooms are a plus! The location of the hotel is also a plus. Lots of food and shopping close by and not too far from the casino!

The only issue I had was the initial room i was put in smelled bad. I went to the front desk and even though the hotel was full the front desk made sure to accommodate me the best way they could. The issue was resolved in a timely manner. Thank you for that.

I like that when the website said they had breakfast, the really had breakfast and there were a lot to choose from. The rooms were clean and quiet.

I made a reservations for 2 queens but they gave us a room with 1 king initially. Hotel was full occupancy but there were able to find us a room with 1 queen and 1 double bed when we went down and informed them that we were given the incorrect room. Also the door of the room did not lock properly, so we had to keep on pulling on the door til to make sure the hinges were aligned before it locked.

stayed here for a concert in durant. very good location! close to restaurants & the highway! 7 minutes to the choctaw grand theater. staff was very helpful and room was spacious, clean & comfortable! There were four of us in the room and it did not feel cramped at all. breakfast was good too.

We were on the first floor, but the people in the room above us were stomping and it made it a bit difficult to sleep but i called the front office and the gentleman was helpful and took care of it.

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME STAYING HERE. THE HOTEL WAS WONDERFUL. ROOM WAS NICE AND SPACIOUS! BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING. STAFF WAS NICE AND FRIENDLY. CHECKING IN AND OUT WAS QUICK AND SMOOTH. I CANT WAIT TO STAY HERE AGAIN

I liked everything about this hotel...only thing that would have made it perfect was the pool needed to be a cleaned. The pool area itself was clean but the water could have been better. It was a little cloudy.

Of all the La Quinta's we have stayed at, this is the best. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, and the location is good for us. We have stayed here multiple times.

This location is now charging a pet fee as are most La Quinta's, however they used to not charge the extra fee. For us, with a small, well behaved, and clean dog, this adds 25% to our hotel stay.

Free Breakfast offered, unfortunately missed out on it cuz my travelling companion is handicapped & didn't get down there in time, Coffee Bar in Lobby, lots of places to eat nearby, large room with sleeper sofa,

Elevator slow & seemed like the motion sensor that should stop door from closing and open it back up when movement is detected needs an adjustment cuz it tried to close up on my friend in electric scooter(wheelchair) many times...and other guests as well

the employee who checked me in was exceptionally polite and very helpful. the bed was very comfortable and quiet. The accommodated my request and any time i had any questions, the staff always answered my questions fully

There wasnt anything that I can think of that i disliked about this hotel.
