staff was very helpful and asked if they could help with anything numerous times. brought extra supplies as we needed. dining area cleaned often and food was good.

parking spots small, seemed like employees parked by building when in my opinion should have parked in spots away so visitors could access building easier. key pad for west door didn't work by handicap parking, so had to walk around to front door to get inside. smoking was allowed next to entrance, had to walk through employees smoking to enter front doorway. carpet was very stained and seemed dirty even after vacuuming. phone handset in room didn't work.

The staff were very accommodating. We needed something on the ground floor, and they found us a room.

The refrigerator was leaking something that caused a nauseating, moldy odor. It was very rundown and outdated. 3 towels for 5 people for 2 nights, and they acted offended when we asked for more. 2 floors and no elevator. There were people gambling at the pool. The room was narrow. The couch was old and ratty looking. I would not stay there again.

Comfortable bed, room was clean, and check in was quick and easy. Enjoyed breakfast the next morning, tho not a lot of choices for a diabetic.

There were no washcloths or handtowels. The person above us must have been a heavy person. Every step they took was a stomp and it went on for an hour. Then started again at 3am!

nice staff didn't eat the location was great the room comfortable but restroom needs bright 💡 lighting and would've been great if we didn't have to take stairs to get to our room but the nice staff lady that checked us in let us know the closest area to take and it was built before the regulations was put in to require elevators.

The room was clean and neat and the bed was nice..Breakfast was good..The front desk ladies were good..

We stayed on the bottom floor and both nights we were woken up several times by loud stomps and walking..Our second day we had to ask for clean towels to bathe with and garbage bags to clean our room..I think staff should at least bring you clean towels the next day of your stay..Or was we supposed to bath with our dirty towels..

I love to stay very comfortable bed and the breakfast was a good surprise they actually had biscuits and gravy I was expecting the usual Continental style

I feel like they could have a better smoking area for people that smoke instead of in front door of the hotel maybe on the side

the staff was very kind. the price of hotel. and the location.

the room had wet carpet and it smelled bad. we had 3 guest and in a room with two beds, they only had towels for 2 people should it not be stocked four 4 people. the smell in the room was horrible, and the door slamming up and down the hall way, it was so loud they could wake the dead.

We checked in kind of late and the manager on duty was very helpful, cheery and a pleasure to deal with. She even helped us figure out the tv. There had been a storm and the tv had to be reset.

Hate to complain about hot water. Usually it isn't hot enough, but this immediately came out scalding hot. May need to turn it down a bit and not cause anyone to get burned. A minor issue.

Close to many different attractions. Wide range of fast food or sit down restaurants.

Smell! When we first opened the room there was a horrible musty smell! Like carpet had been shampooed but left too wet. Turning the AC way down helped but I think the carpet needs replacing. Also noticeable pet hairs in room.

Clean just lots of flies older hotel but there trying to keep nice my room was great right by exit door to take service dog outfit
