Friendly atmosphere, Hospitality, Hotel room location, Also to mention ice machine supplied our cooler for our refreshments. Pool was in a controlled environment, kids were able to swim rain or shine. Parking was never an issue. Staffing & maintenance showed professionalism & all business.

Breakfast, attentiveness of employees and room size, comfort for the Price. A bad hail storm passed through while there and they made us comfortable, kept us up to date on what was going on and responded quickly to issues/damage done.

Wish the bathroom was bigger and hot tub jets worked. Just sitting in still hot water is more like taking a really huge bath so that was disappointing.

Customer service was very pleasant. Was able to accommodate us very quickly. The room was very clean, the restroom was spotless and with enough bath towels for a family of 3, I was impressed with the options of having shampoo/conditioner/Body Wash on the bath tub for easy access. A/ C work really good at the room as well. Overall very happy with my stay. Thank you

Room was clean enough for me

The bed just had been changed once. My trash can was taken out without replacing the plastic. I asked, nobody never showed up. I have to go to ask plastic myself. The place was good but I think, the bed dressers and trash cans guys need to do better.

3 night stay booked, my granddaughter graduated from basic training, the army canceled the family day scheduled for the following day. so we cut the stay by 1 day. AND still had to pay for it.. very frustrating.

Great price for a night in a nice location. Comfortable bed clean room . Staff was friendly.

Only problem was the A/C unit was really noisy which made which made it hard to sleep. Also one elevator was out.

the location to Ft Sill. the hot breakfast. the front desk staff was very informative. The janitors were always asking if we need anything & also washed a load of laundry ; dried & folded & brought up to our room along with a basket full of fresh towels. the lobby is spacious. they have a beautiful fireplace with couches & chairs to visit as a group. The pool was warm & clean as well as the hot tub. I will definitely stay at the Lawton, OK location when I visit my son

the 🥶 freezing cold outdoors. (completely out of the establishments control). which means. I have zero complaints.

Good location. Coffee 24/7 in the lobby which is great. Nice breakfast. Comfy beds. Good, free WiFi.

Rooms really need a remodel. Furniture in pretty bad shape. Air conditioners loud in some rooms (we've stayed here a few times). My TV remote didn't work but I didn't have time to watch much anyway.

Breakfast was great. Dining area was clean and inviting. Breakfast area was well organized. The man who attended the area was friendly and helpful.

Pillows had a bit of a funky smell like they weren’t really fresh. There was a sign that promised to provide small items that the guest might have forgotten. I asked for a toothbrush because I had forgotten mine. None were available.

The breakfast option was quite satisfactory. Sufficient food selections, well presented and the prepared food quite good.

My shower had mildew in it that needs treating. Also there were invoicing issues that are not resolved.
