The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, Six Flags, and Hurricane Harbor. We loved that the suite had a sleeper sofa, 2 televisions with a list of channels printed for reference, clean indoor pool, and free breakfast.

The hotel staff did provide a reasonable amount of towels for our stay. We had 3 adults and 2 children (they were aware of how many guest were in our room) and they only would give 3 towels and 3 wash clothes. The breakfast was OKAY and included eggs, each morning but no meat such as sausage or bacon. The restroom in the hotel was an extremely tight fit and their was hair left in the shower from the guest before us. Other than that, we had no issues at all.

Everything was nice, room smelled clean and carpets and linens were clean.

The other location in OKC had better breakfast. The bathroom looked like something exploded in it, black specks all over the walls and ceiling. Theres a soft spot in the floor right in front of the desk that is a trip hazard. Room 211

Room was by an Exit and was able to park car outside of my room.

Saturday evening came back to my room after being gone all day, and the Air Conditioner wasn't working. Called the front desk and let the lady know she misunderstood me & brought a hair dryer. Told her the Air Conditioner wasn't working. Finally, after an hour or so, it started working.

I enjoyed everything. Our stay was exceptional. The front desk staff, the housekeeping team and the rest of the employees made sure that we were well accommodated. The breakfast was great. We had the jacuzzi room and it was wonderful. Bed was very comfortable, and really quiet which allowed to get a good nights rest. The hotel was also very clean and well kept. We also met some really nice guests. We will be back very soon. Our got to place in Ok. City.

Unadvertised $100 deposit for "incidentals." This is NOT mentioned on Booking.com. You read about it on a computer created paper sign taped on the wall at the reception desk. Eggs were watered down and food lukewarm. We arrived at the continental breakfast at 6:45 am. Refrigerator so cold it froze food and soda.

Good sized rooms, cleaned regularly, friendly & helpful staff. We pointed out a problem with the initial room we were allocated on check in and James the member of Staff on duty immediately resolved the problem for us by allocating another room which we were happy with.

choices for breakfast were a bit limited but for the price we paid for our stay, this allowed us to eat out some mornings

The sofa bed area and bed area was separate and it was nice bc we have a baby and the other adult could sleep in that part without hearing her.

The bed was okay. Not super uncomfortable but not as soft as I'd have liked. The bathroom didn't look extremely clean. Possibly stains on the tub, but looked like lipstick mold on the edges. The smoke detector in our room had a plastic bag on it for some reason. Glad we had sprinklers, in case something should have happened.

The location was great, the bedroom comfortable. The rooms were very spacious had lots of electrical outlets which was useful for my medical equipment. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I wish that there were a chair or seat in the handicap accessible shower.

Close to airport, comfy beds, staff was amazing. We came down late for breakfast and they pulled things back out so we could get something to eat.

I have back problems so I would have liked a couple more pillows on the bed. There may have been more in the closet but at 4 am I didn’t want to wake everyone up to look.

Great customer service, David was great with helping with services and also the young lady that works night shift was also great. Their staff team was excellent and friendly. The breakfast was so so just the basic eggs, waffles, no meat served and etc.
