the breakfast was great. everyone was really nice and helpful. the rooms where really nice and clean. and smelled great. the pool was just a bonus my daughter loved it. Thank you all for you hard work.

I got double charged so it took away from my trip with my family. they said it will go back on my card in 7 days but it took away from my trip because I didn't expect to pay double for my room. That's the only problem I had with it. They should really fix there system I am just glad I had it. But would if next time someone didn't have the money they would be without a place to sleep plus the money and that's not right.

On the plus side, welcome was warm and efficient, so check in was easy. When the wifi didn't work, the staff person did everything she could do to get it up and running, but to no avail. The room was large and well appointed, very clean. Lots of disabled parking in the front of the hotel and the room was very close to the lobby and the pool. As an aside, I'd highly recommend Lucille's Roadhouse for dinner.

Not having wifi is a severe problem, especially when there is no technical support to call, even for the staff on duty. Also, for anyone under at least 5'5" the bed is too high to get onto at all easily. Fortunately, I travel with a protable step stool so was able to retrieve it from my trunk. I'm 5'1" and I wish when hotels are refurbished or new that they wouldn't be set up with super high beds, suitable only for fairly tall people.

Clean facilities, Construction. Exceptional Desk (personal services). Decent Continental Breakfast (Cold Omelettes). Very nice Staff. Central to our visit in Town. Will return whenever we re-visit. !!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The lady working the breakfast was very friendly and helpful as well. She worked diligently to make sure everything was well stocked and fresh, as well as clean.

Can't really come up with anything we did not like. The bed was extremely comfortable, as well as the pillows. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The staff was nice, the facilities clean, the breakfast was adequate.

The pool heater was broken, so the pool was freezing. There was a note under our door when we arrived from the guest across the hall asking to sell him weed was a bit unexpected. We just laughed, threw it away, and went on about our day.

Hotel was right off the highway. Staff was kind and courteous. Breakfast was good.

Only complaint was the mattresses were too firm so I didn’t sleep well.

Very well managed! The rooms were very clean and they had a variety to choose from for breakfast. Will become my number one choice for hotels.

The full breakfast was fabulous even though I only used it once. Went out with my daughter on the first morning.

I would have liked to have had a refill on the decaf coffee on the second day in the room. I'm sure I could have received this had I asked. Overall my stay was very enjoyable and I had to really search for something that could have been better.

Super comfy beds and pillows, and everything was very clean. Also, in the morning, I realized I had not been awakened during the night by loud guests or slamming doors which was definitely not my normal experience.

The breakfast was not good, due to Covid-19, but they handled it oddly. You get a bagged breakfast to take back to your room to microwave, but I was on my way out so they microwaved an egg and cheese muffin thing at the check in counter. The rest was all highly processed and sugary, which got dumped in the nearest trash can.
