The staff was extremely friendly. The view was beautiful. Per my request, staff member Faith had a bottle of chilled wine waiting for us in the room because it was our 22nd wedding anniversary. Once an issue happened Amber at the front desk did her best to resolve the problem.

Our bank account was charged twice for the $375+room rate against our wishes, In addition to the 3rd charge on the requested bank account. Because it was a weekend and a holiday followed the weekend it took several days to reverse the charges and get the money back into our account. While the time it took to resolve the issue was out of the Inn's control. The double charge never should have happened. It tied up over $1125 in funds for us on our anniversary weekend.

The location was fantastic and we got early check-in, which was also very nice. The staff was very accommodating for my friend who had mobility issues and moved our room so that she only had a few steps. It was all very lovely. 

Well, the sink in the bathroom was stopped up, and I felt that it was a little expensive, but all together a very, very nice place to stay.

The breakfast is wonderful, great options and quick! The location of the building is what sells this place. You can walk to Oldtown, and not have to worry about parking.

Just like every other hotel, WiFi was not my favorite, No beach access so that was a little disappointing, and the water view was mainly of the bay, and over looking the town. The weather was fabulous, but it’s Oregon and was just being lucky! We, will stay again, when we are in Bandon.

The location was perfection. We had an amazing view and an easy walk into town. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The staff was incredibly helpful and genuinely NICE~! Mandy (I think it was) provided answers to our questions, and she gave us GREAT recommendations for dinner. I would definitely stay here again.

I would have loved to have a bit better price.

Even though the website said no breakfast, they supplied to-go bags for breakfast - a nice surprise. Even coffee and cookies were available in the office. The room was very clean, roomy and had a nice view of the city and bay. It was also decorated in pleasing coordinated colors unlike most motel rooms. There were two stuffed chairs to watch TV and a table to be able to eat at. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return here again.

The room was heated by a small wall heater located by the opening to the sliding door. When you closed the drapes, they leaned against the front of the heater creating a definite fire hazard. We used a metal trash can to hold the drape away from the heater.

we got the suite . king room with spa tub- the spa tub was large and big enough where my husband and I could both fit. this room includes two TVs. one you can view from your bed/living room area and one set up perfectly for the spa tub. this room also included a fireplace which was so amazing when we were in the bath. I highly recommend this hotel especially for the view. it’s sitting right on top of the bluff overlooking old town . if I go to Bandon again, I will only be staying here.

the only complaint I have is the breakfast was really not the best. the hard boiled eggs were odd and what the served felt like maybe it was what the employees got for their snacks. definitely would not participate in the breakfast but everything else is 10/10

Beautiful hotel located right above the old town of Bandon. Amazing view from the room. 5-10 minutes walk to restaurants and beach. The room was large, quiet, and clean, and the bed was comfortable. A great place to relax for a few days (or more). I really love this hotel and have stayed there three times now.

It's a little expensive, but a lovely place to stay.

The construction zone was a little annoying but understandable. The water shutoff was a not a deal breaker but I wouldn’t have that during spring break or busy times of the year. It didn’t impact us and Not a deal breaker by any means. I would offer a couple nice foldable chairs so guests could sit on their decks and maybe they could be stored in the closet so they aren’t always on the decks.

The location of the Inn, immaculate room and balcony. Staff was nice at check in, but access customers could use help getting to your rooms.

Having to pick up breakfast in main Inn… last inn we stayed, delivered to breakfast to our door…it’s quite a climb up the driveway to your office…plus the coffee in the office was very weak and real half and half would have been appreciated. Also real ceramic coffee mugs in room would be nice. choice of restaurants?

Nice property in a convenient location. Room was specious and the bed comfortable, and the view over the marina was lovely. Good spot for a night stay on the Oregon coast

Breakfast was a basic takeout bag. For the price would have been nice to have something more substantial.
