The hotel was pretty booked but we didn’t hear ANYONE. The rooms are well insulated and the doors don’t slam shut like most hotel doors. Breakfast smelled great as we checked out. The beds are a tad too firm for me personally but better than most.

The bathroom shower/toilet area didn’t have a fan so it got extremely hot in there and the shower needed a better scrub down.

Front desk staff was excellent. They were very courteous. They anticipated what we would need and made an extra effort to make our stay perfect.

Room cleaning staff forgot to clean our room or provide clean towels. I requested this during our 3 day stay. The person cleaning the adjacent room said she would do so, and took a note but apparently forgot. The windows on our room needed cleaning badly. The outside glass was filthy.

The rooms were very spacious and included a nice seating area. The hotel was either new or newly renovated and the rooms were clean. Parking was very easy and convenient.

There wasn't much in the way of amenities. The coffee bar wasn't open early enough for us and we would have appreciated having a hot tub to soak in at the end of the day.

Bistro was nice! Loved the Avocado toast one morning and the “Eggs Your Wsy” the next ! But disappointed with “ We’re out of Decaf beans” seems someone could’ve gone to the store and bought some!

The bathroom door in 204 made a lot of noise opening and closing and I forgot to mention it when we left! Please oil it!

Everything!! Amazing service. Great staff loved the room so clean, and it was just incredible and for a good price well worth it!!

I wish that there was breakfast included and a pool but other than that so amazing!!

I liked the room - comfortable/cozy. I didn’t have breakfast or use any facilities but the front staff was cordial and helped when I needed it

1 light in my room didn’t work and the floor in the bathroom was a bit dirty

Breakfast was nice, but perhaps a bit limited in selection. The breakfast staff and service was excellent. Room was nice and large and clean. I liked the shower and the fixtures and furniture seemed nearly new. Very convenient to I 205 and only about 10 minutes to Reed College

Fold out couch was uncomfortable as a couch and uncomfortable as a bed. I really did not understand how to get more coffee packs without calling desk and making someone have to run up to my room. Was not that important, so I did not bother.

Always love the location, close by family and the mall. Feels secluded and secure and is very quiet at night . Love the kitchen/bistro.

The bathroom had a few lingering floor corners that seemed unsealed and it was just a shower (no tub). But it was still very nice.

The staff were wonderful. The property was beautiful. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located. The gym facility was exceptional and the views from the outdoor seating were lovely.

Staff was GREAT, my granddaughter go a room close to me, by the elevator!!! She heard it all night the next day requesting to more rooms. Staff was so accommodating. Thank you
