The room was super clean, tastefully updated and very comfy! The bed was Fantastic, like sleeping on a cloud and ample pillows were provided! The room is well laid out for convenience; we loved that the little kitchen area (microwave, coffee maker and fridge) were in the same nook across from the sink and not out in the room. Shower was fantastic. Room was spacious and we loved that our pet friendly room had carpet so it was soft on our bare feet. Parking was easily accessable from our room, as was beach access. The windows and sliding door with balcony were great to have and added to the ambiance. Overall great value for the price. A+ guys, will absolutely stay again and totally recommend!

I love the location, this is where we go each year

The bathroom toilet seats look worn and old , they need to replace it, stairwell’s at the end of the building looks like it never gets swept there was garbage around. It’s an older building looks like they need some repairs.

The room has a balcony faciing the private beach; it was storming and gorgeous. The room was large, and I enjoyed the desk area. The bathroom was clean .

I called and requested an early check in. The young voice answered and simply said "hello", leaving me wondering if I called the right number. But, they were busy, and when I went ahead and showed up, they gave me an early check in.

Just had my second stay in 2 weeks. Why? Because I'm a nut who forgot my suitcase in the parking lot and had to drive back there another five+ hours to retrieve it. I am so thankful that they kept it for me and everything was in it. The desk people have been very nice. I got a dog friendly room, bottom floor, so it was easy to get her outside. Room was quiet and didn't smell at all. (All other places I've stayed in dog friendly rooms, smelled). Great location to the beach. Listened to the waves all night and walked down to the beach in the morning. Thankyou Sure Stay and your staff!

There was something left in the fridge from someone else. But in all fairness, it was way in the back and was all white container that blended to the fridge. Everything else was very clean and fresh. This is my now go to hotel when I'm in the area.

I liked the view.

The pool needed cleaning as did the hot tub thst wasn't working. No plastic cups or coffee cups in the room. The mattresses need to be replaced. I felt like I was sleeping in a hole all night very uncomfortable. I will never reserve a bottom floor room again as there is no elevator which I should have asked when I reserved the room.

The kind lady at the counter who checked us in recommended her favorite restaurants in the area with different price ranges for us to check out. The area felt safe, room was clean, bed was comfy, ocean view from our balcony was beautiful, and breakfast was filling with waffles, eggs, bacon and other smaller options. We would definitely stay here again.

The beach is easily accessed from the hotel. A lovely beach and I enjoyed the view of it from our room. The bed was ok and the room was clean.

The 3rd floor is really the 2nd floor as the first floor goes down one floor from the parking area. No elevator which is an issue if stairs are a problem for you.

The room was very spacious, and the view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful.

I couldn’t eat breakfast with everyone else because the breakfast room does not have wheelchair access. Also, in order to use the toilet in my room, a person has to be able to stand and pivot to sit. They can’t transfer from Wheelchair

the view from my room was exceptionally. The property is located just on the edge of town so traffic was not a problem. Easy in easy out. Bonus there is a Laundry room with 24 hour access.

Location was perfect, just a short easy walk to the beach. Breakfast, while it was a nice jester, the food was terrible and we threw it away. The jetted tub in the room was amazing, as was the view of the ocean. Staff was very friendly and the room was very large, comfortable and clean. Will be going back again!

Didn't realize that the rooms with jetted tubs were a level down on the ground, which makes sense due to the weight factor. Therefore we had to go down a flight of stairs. Not a problems, if you don't have any health issues.
