Convenient location. Courteous staff who took care of our needs in a timely manner and did not make us feel bad for asking for his help.

It’s an older building which needs maintenance and could have an overall update. For example, the caulking in the bathroom needs to be redone and there is black mould starting to grr wet Kevin the shower curtain. And the ceiling in the unit has been repaired but nobody bothered to paint the full ceiling so the brush marks look tacky.

The freeway was closed and this was an option for us to stay at until they reopened. The room was clean and the check-in process was very smooth. It was a good oasis.

We were too tired to figure out the HVAC unit so that is on us as I prefer the constant sound of a blower rather than intermittent blowing based on the room temperature. If I stayed again, I'd take a minute to read the panel on the HVAC unit and make adjustments before laying down. Gratefully it was preset to a good temperature and we had a wonderful sleep.

Clean room. Comfortable bed,, close to two good restaurants. Office staff very friendly and told us good places to eat. Good value for an overnight stay

Room coffee was mediocre, small cups and glasses , only 2 on room. Lobby coffee was not available for early leaving. Wasn't ready until 8am. Vending area only had drinks, no snacks.

The young man at the front desk was wonderful. Check in was quick and easy. When he had trouble with tv, he came up and fixed it immediately. He also had great suggestions on what to see in the area

The room could have been a little cleaner. The TV was complicated to work.

Even though the motel is not brand new, it had that feeling. Carpets really clean, room impeccable. Breakfast was tasty, but I missed the Tobasco sauce.

Booming music from a car parked under my window. After about 40 minutes (almost midnight), I called the front desk who told me the person had already come inside, so I couldn't be hearing anything. Turns out they had a room near me and had the music equally as loud. I think they should have asked the person to turn down the volume both in their truck and in the room.

The staff was wonderful. My husband and I were provided with extra pillows when we asked for them. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Before arrival, we requested a ground floor room, and that accommodation was granted.

Room was clean. Staff were great and reacted promptly to requests. Convenient location.

Bathroom area around toilet was cramped.

The Manager made the stay - she was personable and lovely! Check in was a breeze and when we needed help she was prompt and courteous 😊

We missed having our room cleaned (our bad) so had no coffee or clean towels the next day.

Local was good and some was the staff.

The floor in our room was gritty and dirty. I asked staff about it. " the wind blows in lots of dirt.
