The group there are very friendly and consistently honor our special requests. The room is always clean and the beds comfortable. There always seem to be new improvements as well.

No full breakfast like when Best Western Owned / Operated. The town this is in is small and finding breakfast in a hurry is difficult. It would have been nice to have something warm like eggs bacon etc to be able to quickly grab or eat on site. There were small packaged things (mandalas?) soda and coffee a juice machine but nothing else breakfast like. For the Price paid it should have been available.

The bed in our room was very high quality. I've stayed in 4 star hotels that didn't have mattresses as nice as this! I loved that there was a Keurig in the room with coffee pods. There is a microwave and small fridge with cold bottled water waiting for you. The motel was very quiet. Nice LED TV in the room. There are 2 little outdoor covered smoking areas. One has a Blackstone that you can use to cook on. They are well lit and cozy little set ups. Only about 15 miles down the highway from McCredie hot springs (or reason for the overnight visit). Very good value for the price. I didn't expect to be too impressed with a small town motel, but I was definitely impressed with this one. I will be returning, and this will be the only place I'll stay!

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. The pet area was a bit of a walk, but not bad.

The room size is good, the place is clean, it's convenient to restaurants and pump gas. The breakfast is included (no milk). It's a n one hour driving between each town, so don't complain about 30 minutes to Salt Creek Fall and 40 minutes to Waldo lake.

The shower head is fixed and can't turn around at all. The sink was very small, but ok

Room was very clean, staff was friendly, and toiletries were nice. Bed was comfy with several pillow options. Spacious room, and location was easy to find.

Room could have had more outlets, particularly by the bed. Noisy guests checked in to a room next to mine quite late, and one of them started puking at 5am. Not the hotel’s fault, but some more soundproofing would have been nice.

That it was close enough to Eugene and Hayward Field but also you got to enjoy the scenic part of Oregon. And you didn't have to pay the high prices of hotels near Hayward Stadium.

It still was a 30 minute drive to Hayward Field but it really wasn't bad at all. Just needed to plan ahead!

I only rated this 4 star because all of the grandkids were looking forward to swimming in the morning before our long drive. The rooms were comfy, and clean. Two of our three rooms were together, the other was across the property. Breakfast was limited and nearly gone, so we had to find a restaurant elsewhere.

No pool

Looks very nice both outside and inside. Clean, good amount of space. Liked the outdoor gazebo areas. Breakfast (not a whole lot but not bad). Quiet. Nice owner. Great price. They did nice little things like stock the fridge with water bottles, some mints/chocolates, have coffee available both in lobby and in the room.

Location. It’s in a town that looks rundown, not very many food options around.

The room was very clean, the staff were fast getting me checked in, and the room was spacious to what I thought it’d be. Also there was soap available along with water bottles which were much needed after a hot day. Location is great with a Dairy Queen close by along with two gas stations near.

Nothing ... Other than the Stairs, they were nice and Safe.. I was just recovering from a Hip injury. So ..😔 slow climb.

I enjoyed the location and the friendly staff. They were very accommodating to all my requests. I called a few days before leaving and requested a specific room.

The shower/bath didn't drain very well. The drain needs to be cleaned out.
