The location was good. Near shopping we needed to do for upcoming trip. Breakfast was basic, but good, and a nice bonus. The pool and fridge was an added treat for us. Property very well kept up.

The desk staff were not attentive. On their cell phone. Not friendly. (The grounds crew and cleaning staff were friendly, courteous, and did good work.)

Loved everything about the hotel and location. My son lives in the area, and this hotel will be my go-to place when visiting!

Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order during our stay, which made it difficult for my elderly mother on the 3rd floor. Things happen. Will definitely be back!

I thought the hallway carpets were shopworn, the rooms however were excellent.

The coffee machine in the lobby area is awesome! I like the amount of space in the rooms. The shower worked well, though volume control for the water would save resources. Thank you for providing the one EV charger. I liked that the window was modern and operable. The AC unit worked great. And the fridge was a good size with freezer area.

Breakfast: needs more space for breakfast. We were tripping over other patrons. More fresh fruit would be great. oatmeal, please! The coffee machine in our room did not function. parking: More EV chargers would be appreciated. pool: Brrr. We weren't aware that the pool water was not heated.

The hotel was very nice; comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The grounds were lovely and well maintained.

Breakfast could have been much better. Less than an hour into the breakfast time they were out of eggs, bacon and sausage. The biscuits for biscuits and gravy were cold like they were thawing out. There was not enough seating to sit and eat. We ended up going out to get breakfast. They need more staff to keep up with the breakfast.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were all very nice. Breakfast was good, quick and easy.

Great location and wonderful breakfasts!

Had set up with front desk to have room serviced every other day for our week-long stay. After several days passed, I just emptied trash bags in the housemaids trash and exchanged towels in the hall. Not a big deal, but was disappointed that the arrangement wasn’t fulfilled. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very squeaky and the bathtub drained very slowly (rm 316)

Very good and convenient. We wish the breakfast would have stayed open till a little later, perhaps 10am. It was nice and quiet in the rooms.

I DIDN'T LIKE at all that people have to request and schedule a time for maid/room cleaning. RIDICULOUS!!!! It is part of the hotel service, in my opinion.. We requested housekeeping service for noon. We were out ALL day, and nothing was done to our room. We had to empty our own trash and contact the front desk for clean towels. Very annoying.

It's all about the location when we're visiting relatives for the holidays, and this fit the bill for that. Although it's close to the freeway, there was no traffic noise in the room. Since there was no carpet in the room, I think it was a pet room. Our dog is totally housebroken, but I know not all pets are, so it was nice to know the floors were really clean.

Breakfast ended at 9:00, which was too early for my husband.

The free breakfast was a fully complimented selection exceeding the norm for free breakfasts. Loved the Belgian waffles and biscuits and gravy! The Location is exceptional for access to the Portland metro and outlying areas. My new go to for my Portland visits!

The Keurig style coffee pots in the rooms are worthless! The coffee turns out nothing more than colored water! But as an option, there is an excellent alternative option in the lobby.
