Everything was nice, it rained most stay but we still had a good stay, location was great, the staffs was friendly, they accomandated my needs very well, price was good, the place was pretty neat, I am definitely coming back

The pool hours could be longer, the room was pretty dim even with 4 lamps, I have to keep the curtains close because I caught some guy trying to peak in my room since we are on the first floor. the shower curtain didn't provide good full coverage also might need some good ventilations for that, we ask for more clean towels and nobody came first night, but when I mentioned again the nexr day front desk immediately gave me some, A plus for that reaction, there were kids playing ding dong ditch to all of the rooms in the middle of the night, when we notified front desk they had that problem under control pretty good, While the parents did nothing, the staffs still stepped in to helped solve this issue. A plus for customer service.

The breakfast was really good, a wide selection was offered. The staff in that area was kind, polite and helpful. The tables and all other surfaces were constantly being wiped down by staff, very clean.

The indoor pool temp could have been warmer, it wasn't cold but definitely didn't feel heated. They also chlorinated the pool minutes before opening and it was overwhelming. Chlorination should be completed at least an hour before opening to the public.

Very clean and accommodating. 15 min from Sesame Place 20 min from Philly. Pool open til 9 Laundry facilities Pet friendly Breakfast was amazing. Eggs breads meat potatoes cereal waffles yogurt fruit juices milk

Nothing negative to say

The pool had a separate little one foot area for my small grandson, and the staff was wonderful. The rooms needed some updating, but they were fine for the small amount of time we were there.

We had to go to the front desk 2 different days for towels after we left the "make up the room" placard on the door.

staff was very helpful to the kids in our party at breakfast.

No bottled water in the room. It’s a courtesy provided by most hotels, especially if there’s a coffee maker and coffee accoutrements in the room.

The hotel was great. Like they had a pool and exercise room and equipment. Our room was near vending machines. Was very relaxing

Vivians customer service is horrible 😑. See nearly threw me out ... was not helpful at all .. i needed to stay a few more days. But wss told to leave the hotel so i did so. Sad had to go to another hotel

The lpace was very quiet and the breakfast was enjoyable, plus there was a variety to choose from.

I have no complaints about the hotel, it was alright for me and my husband.
