The staff was very friendly and got to know us during our 8 day stay. The pool was great, had a nice washer and dryer, the house keepers were wonderful and the whole facility was very clean all the time. Boy do they have comfortable beds!! The front desk gave awesome suggestions for local restaurants. From start to finish our stay was wonderful and very affordable. The continental breakfast was great too with a decent eating area. 10 out of 10 score!

We were looking for a hotel in nearby Cranberry Twp., but couldn't find anything within our budget that was clean and updated. I saw the positive reviews for Comfort Inn and thought it sounded like a good deal. We were impressed by the staff (friendly and helpful), new decor, and most importantly to me...the place was inexpensive and exceptionally clean! We also had breakfast at the hotel and did not leave hungry. There were a lot of choices. When we return to the area we will definitely be booking a room here again. Next time we might bring our suits and try out the pool. We'll give you an update then!

I can say there was any thing I didn’t like about the property except the sign for the hotel was hard to see from the highway

Very clean, modern, and staff was very friendly. Most hotels that we've been in have been loud..people slamming doors, kids yelling and running down halls..it was very quiet. The breakfast bar had alot of choices..way more than most hotels we have stayed at.

Didn't have enough time to visit pool or gym area. Have no other complaints.

All the staff was wonderful and kind except the Moody Uncaring Female Saturday day shift. Damon and Holly especially. Breakfast was beyond my expectations and the room made me feel safe for some well rest and a break from life...

That there are drug dealers being allowed to use this hotel as home base and destroy the rooms. Butler has a significant drug problem and Room 210 and another room checked out once they were aware I knew of the activity and had notified the front desk. The staff suspected yet feel their hands are tied to do anything because of your Corporate policies? Possibly get with the other hotels in the area and black ball them. It makes it harder if they have no where to stay! Also, the security in the stairwells had a billion blind spots, the wi-fi router on the 2nd floor is malfunctioning along with the door key cards

The breakfast was great! The property was quiet. We had high & low pillows to use. The shower was good.

The room, overall, was a little small. The A/C didn't heat our room very well. We weren't sure the thermostat worked normally.

Breakfast was good. Butter sitting out was helpful for reheating restaurant leftovers in my room. Clean and smelled fine.

Sink isn't in bathroom. Description of "mountain view" rooms is questionable.

Location was very close to my family’s home. Breakfast was fine.

For vertically challenged people like me, the bed was very high. Hard to get into…at my age. Very comfortable once I got there! And the sink is high…for we smaller people. And the sink is back aways….harder to re h for smaller people.

The Inn is well maintained and inviting when you enter. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is quiet and comfortable.

It was a little out of the town, but with a car it is accessible. The signage from the road was small, so it was hard to see. There should be a sign to let the guest know in advance.
