Property was convenient, well-maintained and well-lighted. The staff was exceptional!! They were friendly and welcoming. Service was fast and check-in very easy. I was also offered refreshments and snacks upon arrival. Room was clean, quiet and well-appointed. Lots of little touches that made a big difference in quality of stay. Really appreciated the surprise welcome bag. Breakfast was very good and had many choices. Pleasantly surprised at the large bowl of delicious fresh cherries.

Property is located off the expressway but you must take several side streets to get your entrance. No direct re-entry to North bound side of expressway but signs are well-marked.

We stayed for a night only with a big group. The hotel’s beautiful from the outside and location is secluded in a peaceful neighborhood. The hotel is also close to other stores if you need food or need to run a quick errand. The hotel has breakfast included with the stay. They also have bowls of fruit in the lobby that guests can take without charge. The room was nice and hotel provided us with a crib. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here.

In all the hotel was great. The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel only has one elevator for 3 floors which was some sort of wait to get on. The hotel doesn’t have a pool either but none or deal breakers. I would recommend staying here again.

On-line, they mentioned an included "fabulous" breakfast. It truly was. Scrambled eggs, large sausage (more like kielbasa than typical breakfast sausage), separate sautéed onions and peppers, and hash browns along with more typical waffle, cereals, yogourt, bagels, etc. I list the food because sometimes I've seen "hot breakfast" to mean food-service packaged egg patties. Their breakfast was far better than I expected—restaurant quality. The employee preparing the food kept the containers filled and the area clean.

I got double billed, but I contacted them on-line, and they fixed it in a matter of 2 hours. I tried by phone first, but didn't get anyone.

Breakfast ended before we got there (Oops we slept in until 9am) Although I do believe Breakfast should last until 10am on weekends. My room was clean as it was my last visit. However I did notice missed spots behind bathroom door that you wouldn't see if you mopped with the door open. You can sort of tell that it is starting to build up in the corners where a mop doesn't always get. You also wouldn't notice it unless you were in the bathroom with the door shut. Is that overly picky... probably. I am just accustomed to the Microtel/Wyndham chain being really clean and great though.

The breakfast selections exceeded the average offerings for similar facilities. I particularly liked the sausage and biscuits. The breakfast staff people were constantly replenishing the offerings and were very friendly. The reception staff was also very amicable and helpful. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The hotel has a little goody bag that instantly makes the guest feel comfortable. My wife and I didn't stay long at this facility, so we didn't use many of the amenities. Regarding cleanliness, the place looks spic-and-span and updated. The bottom of the bathtub was a little slippery so we placed a hand towel there to prevent falls. The location is a little out-of-the-way from the nearby Interstate highway, especially if you are northbound. Using a GPS helps get you back on track.

Modern, pristine, comfortable. We stopped on a long road trip. I would definitely stay at Microtel again.

Extend the breakfast till 9:30 or 10 for those of us who are travelling long distances and very tried. Even a half hour would help. The staff closed the breakfast at 9 am on the dot as some people were still trying to get few breakfast items, too rigid, unfriendly. At least wait till all the guests leave the breakfast area, don't close the fridges as people are trying to get items. Also get better coffee for the hotel, whatever coffee you had this week did not taste right.

The “breakfast” was awful and I wouldn’t come here expecting otherwise. The hotel is also located relatively far from the highways. I wouldn’t consider staying here if you are looking for a quick respite from driving. I was on the turnpike in a snowstorm and had to navigate through a lot of residential and industrial areas to get to the property. Areas where the roads were even worse than the turnpike that was treacherous when I decided to stop.

The breakfast was good. There were a few hot items to pick from as well as muffins, toast and cereal. The staff was polite. They had some bowls of candy and fruit available for guests in the lobby wfhich was a nice surprise. The room was a nice size and clean. I thought it was priced well and worked well as a place to stop for the night.

The only complaint I would say is that it was confusing what was considered a suite. I thought I booked a suite on booking.com, but then our room didn’t have a couch . I was able to switch to a room with two double beds to accommodate the family. The room was perfectly fine and comfortable. Only other downside was that there wasn’t really anything nearby to get something to eat or groceries, but I knew that ahead of time based on Google maps so we came prepared.

The location is excellent. Staff is excellent and super helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Rooms was spacious, well-furnished (microwave, fridge). Nothing to complain about really. Price per room is unbeatable. I have paid 60% more rooms that are nowhere near these rooms. Would stay here again!

If there is one thing I have to take points off for that would be the breakfast. There were empty stations, food was not refilled immediately, BUT it is a minor point in my opinion. If I have a good night's sleep (which I did thanks to the comfy bed), then I don't mind grabbing a coffee and muffin and going about my day.

Outside was modern and up to date. Lobby was spacious and clean. Breakfast was absolutely incredible. Scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, two types of sausage, oatmeal, cereal, fresh fruit, pastries and bagels, juices and coffee. Everything was exceptionally fresh and hot. Rooms didn't even have a whiff of smoke or foul odors. Bathroom was as clean or cleaner than my own house! LOL! Great water pressure, plenty of hot water.

The bed was ok, but not as comfortable as I was expecting based on the other reviews that I had read. Walls were a little bit thin, you could hear adjoining rooms, television programs and conversations. (I've noticed the same problem at other Microtels that I have stayed at in other states as well).
