Air conditioner was very loud every time it turned on which was especially annoying throughout the night & prevented a restful sleep.

Over the years I have stayed at many Best Western motels, but never one like this. This hotel was unlike any other BW motels I have ever stayed at. Everything was immaculate. There were no stains on the carpets, walls or drapes in the room or outside. Never have I seen a BW hotel with marble bannisters, countertops in the bathrooms or window sills. the free breakfast was better than 95% of the hotels we have ever stayed at. the food was excellent with a huge variety of eggs, pancakes, bagels, fresh fruits and much much more. The staff even advised me to join the HW rewards program which gave me a considerable discount on the current visit.

The air conditioning in our room seemed a little loud.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the room had all amenities that I could want and more. The bed was considerably more comfortable than my own bed at home! Definitely one of the three best hotels in which I have stayed during 35+ years of traveling for work, learning, and family gatherings.

These are very minor -- but I would have appreciated a larger bottle of body wash and glass or crockery cups in the room, rather than plastic, in consideration of the environment. In that same vein, it would be great if there could be recycling containers added to the rooms.

One of my go-to stays in the area. I like the rooms, beds, gym, and the breakfast is generous. Bedding and towels are excellent. Plenty of parking. Airport is a quick trip. The Keurig cups and half and half are a favorite amenity of mine. The day desk managers are very kind and interactive. They sell extra large bottles of water, which is nice. Would be happy to return.

Had some issues with billing when unexpectedly trying to leave early due to booking hereon, followed by double billing. Worked out with my credit card company. The gym TVs could not be accessed for two days, noted at the desk but it wasn't addressed during the stay.

This hotel was a totally surprising gem. The quality and condition of the building was outstanding, and the staff was welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. The breakfast was great.....and the place was a bargain!

Our visit was only one night.......and we would've preferred a longer stay in such a pleasant place.

The room was above average and the mattress was very comfortable. Room service was prompt when I requested an additional blanket.

Based on the above average rating of the room as well as the advertisement for breakfast I was a little disappointed in the meal. The toaster didn't work, no fresh bread, the eggs were bland and there was no cut up fruit. I did not think it met the standards of your hotel. It would also be helpful if there were signs to the breakfast room. It was tucked in a far away corner which was not easy to locate.

Breakfast was great. We definitely like the new breakfast location, Brandywine Room. We were there last year in December and we thought the breakfast location which was at the second floor back then was a little tight once it filled up with people. Food is excellent. We also like the Christmas decorations and the Christmas music is a nice touch. The room was very clean!

The round bathroom sink. The modern bathroom sink design is not quite practical. It hurts the back for the adults when they bend forward and little kids have a hard time reaching it.

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet had a good assortment of options. The location was ideal for me (traveling for a family occasion nearby). Plus, the price was much better than another hotel in the area where I've stay previously.

Really nothing!

This is a beautiful hotel. We chose it because our son had a soccer tournament in a nearby town over the weekend. The Double bed room was very spacious and comfortable. A hot breakfast was included and they have a heated pool, which was important to our kid.

My only issue was the pool area was very hot and humid for mid-June. Seemed too heated for time of year. But, my son and his teammate still enjoyed it.

Breakfast was good for 3 of us but was nothing GF for my husband except fruits and cereal. The hotel will attract more customers if they will include in the breakfast GF menu and I do not mean cereal. The room was great . The location was very nice, safe, clean and quiet. We liked the swimming pool as well . We had to leave a day early due to un expected event and the young lady at the front desk was very helpful helping us to deal with the situation and also by contacting her manager to help us with the questions and concerns we had . Very grateful for that.

I wished there was a GF menu for breakfast besides fruits and cereal, like the eggs and the potatoes
