It was very clean, and the staff was very pleasant. Its nice to stay were they employees are smiling and helpful. The pool was very nice, small but water temp was great. It was also a nice quiet place. Breakfast was good.

Maybe if anything it would be the price, i thought it was cheaper than what I first saw on book it.

not a lot of room for parking, coming back from dinner had to find a spot on the road along the back but near the patio/pool door entrance.

I liked the absence of carpet. That's why I chose this hotel. I have allergies and hotel carpet always sets them off.

I specifically requested a walk-in shower due to physical restrictions. When I entered my room I found a bathtub, which is very difficult for entry. Disappointing.

We loved the location, very convenient. Rooms were very clean, staff super friendly. It was an added bonus that we could have our dog with us and there was a charger for our car.

Parking lot was good, however we tight it might be time for a touch up as it was hard to see the lines for parking spaces.

Rachel is lovely and a great asset to your hotel. She was cheery, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and ready for some much-needed rest. Hotel was quiet and well-situated, a little away from the center of Cranberry itself but only 5 minutes away.

Pillows. But pillows are a personal option. I could have called downstairs to see if any feather pillows were available but I did not, and forgot to bring my own per usual. Other than that, everything else there was great.

it was a lovely new building- great decor, very clean, very nice! Breakfast was also good- loved the waffle maing machine. Also...clsoe to the Interstate and some nice stores for those interested in retail therapy.

Beautiful surroundings, great restaurants, nice places to walk my dog and take walks with grandchildren!

One staff member working to clear away breakfast 2 minutes before the end with many people trying to get their food. So rude but everyone was great!

Breakfast was fine. Not special, but absolutely good enough for free, and lets you get going faster.

Management didn't/wouldnt say anything to the kids being loud, slamming doors, playing in the elevator, running up and down the halls. You could hear them even at the front desk and they were on the 2nd floor. I ended up requesting a different room away from them. I was moved to the 4th floor and opposite end of the kids room. Things were much better then.

Biggest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Featured modern aesthetics. Breakfast was great!

Room layout was a little odd. Tv position wasn't optimal for the living area or the beds.
