we loved the location and the cleanliness. the breakfast was good. we loved the dog friendly and smoking area on the third floor.

we did not have hot water in the bath tub/ shower.

I have 3 dogs and there is no additional pet fee. I stay here often because I can travel with my dogs. There is an outdoor potty area on the 3rd floor and so I don't have to go all the way downstairs with the dogs at night. The rooms are large and clean and they have microwaves and momi-fridges.

It is a good hotel but there is often something minor that is not right. I stay here frequently and I will stay again. This time, the freezer in rhe mini-fridge had not been defrosted and so I could not freeze my cool packs or my frozen dinner. Most people wouldn't mind that, though.

The room was very large and clean. The bed was comfortable. They paid close attention to make certain the coffee pots were kept full at breakfast. The Wi-Fi was good enough to allow me to stream the Thursday Night Football game. When I needed help to fix a broken lamp, it was replaced quickly and cheerfully.

Take a shower early. Warm water is hard to come by if you wait until 8am. Interestingly, there were assist bars installed near the toilet but none in the bathtub.

Room size is large and views are good. Staff very nice and helpful. Hotel clean and comfortable and perfectly located. Front desk and house keeping excellent and breakfast is a real breakfast with eggs, muffins, small pancakes, bacon and six or seven other items. Pets welcome and plenty of free parking. Large shopping mall, several strip malls and many restaurants within 1 mile.

Rooms are good but need updating. Need larger 4K TVs(50-65") to complete with other hotels. Could use larger microwaves and room refrig. could be updated with a freezer compartment. Not enough hot water at times and when hot could be hotter. Could use towel racks by sink. If they did this 3-5 rooms at a time they could update this 50 room hotel in a year or two. Staff and management work very hard, polite, and do a very good job with the what they have to work with!!

Staff were very polite and courteous. Breakfast was a bit minor, but in today's inflationary environment it is occurring several places. Room was located next to elevator and head of the bed was on the same wall. Probably should reverse the room.

Rednecks just outside the 3rd floor entry door smoking and making their usual redneck noise. The problem is they might be smoking just outside but coming in and out still allows the smoke to accumulate in the hallway. Suggest that you install a bench or two further from the doors to encourage them to congregate at more of a distance in order to be able to sit and smoke. A woman with two huge dogs sitting inside the 3rd floor doorway.

Staff excellent, especially front and house keeping.

Larger microwave, rooms could use some up dating..

The place was very clean. We got in very late and the clerk at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. We didn't make it to breakfast, but appreciate the fact that it was available. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the Greensburg area. It was perfect for a night after a show at the Palace Theatre.

It's not that we didn't like it, but it is obviously a hotel that sees a lot of use. Despite the wear and tear on the facility, it was exceptionally clean, so we have no complaints about that. If I truly have to have a complaint it would be that the bath towels are too small. That's totally nitpicking, but It's the only thing I can see that would be worthy of improvement.

I have been staying at the Inn at Mountain View for many years. I visit family in the area at least once or twice a year. The hotel is conveniently located near the LBE airport and offers great value for the price. The guest rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. The breakfast bar and drinks area adjacent to the lobby is always a welcome bonus. Although the food is not gourmet by any means, it is more than adequate. Coffee is good and available around the clock. Various juices and yogurts are available in a small fridge.

Though the bath towels in the bathroom are of sufficient quality, there should be more than one available if a guest is staying longer than a day. I was staying for 3 nights and needed to request additional towels/ washcloths as me and another guest stayed in the room. - (note: there was no hesitation in fulfilling my request).

We liked the location and appreciated option to enter from two sides on different floors. Very convenient to gas and food (Olives and Peppers) for our day trips to Falling Waters and Pittsburg. Shared kitchen in the lobby was perfect for our needs. We did not bring our pet, but one floor for the families with dogs is genius. Staff was great!

We would have liked a pool. Bathroom was nothing fancy. Siri did not give us good driving directions, but the staff provided an alternative address that fixed that problem! We wish we had given ourselves another day!
