The room was very large, clean and comfortable. The air conditioner kept the room comfortably cool for sleeping. The included breakfast was disappointing but the clerk recommended the excellent breakfast place next door for a fast and satisfying full breakfast.

The room was not well insulated for sound and there were noises from other rooms (conversations were audible) and from the hallway. I had to use earplugs to sleep.

Rooms were nice and cozy. They had a mini refrigerator and microwave which was helpful. Breakfast menu was great for the price.

The corridors seemed a little unclean (I have allergy and could feel that).

it was close to Hershey and the breakfast was good and hot. best breakfast I had from the time Covid started.

It seemed kinda small in breakfast area and then the rooms normally have the sink outside the room it was inside. i would not like our kids swim in the pool it didn't look clean bubbles floating on top of it and could not see the bottom. The pool needed some TLC.

The pool was very warm. It felt like a hot tub rather than a pool. I couldn’t find any staff to see if there was a malfunction with it. There was nobody at the front desk for about an hour while we were at the pool.

The staff were lively, cheerful, and exceptionally kind. The breakfast was amazing and had many choices including the choice of build your own waffle. The room was clean and warm and the facilities were great.

Everything exceeded my expectation!

Rooms were clean and for the most part updated. Mattresses were zip- covered which I'm a big fan of. Breakfast in the morning was as good as they come. (Waffles, sausage, bagels, yogurt, cereal) For the price, I thought it was perfect.

Some stains on the carpet but that's expecting with all the traffic.

The receptionist AJ at the front desk was so welcoming! I visited for my birthday and had a cake that was too big for our refrigerator in the room and AJ allowed us to use their personal refrigerator so it wouldn’t melt. Anything we needed, he was more than willing to accommodate. The location was 15 minutes away from Hersheypark and the rooms were clean. The beds were more comfortable than I have experienced at other hotels. Since it is still COVID, their breakfast bar was not open, but they prepared little doggie-bags for us each more with a delicious breakfast sandwich, some yogurt, a granola bar and a juice. I would definitely recommend!

The best thing in this hotel is the staff. House keeping and breakfast staff are great employees. I would only stay in hotel because of them. They are friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and kind. This hotel won’t be Successful without the staff.

The hotel needs updates change mattress and pillow. also the carpet is dirty.

The young lady in evening of our check in was fantastic. Very pleasant, smile, gave us all information we needed for our check in and Check out, about the pool and hours. Then when to pick up breakfast hours and be served in paper bag. Had a problem with the guest above us making noise and talking very loud at 11pm, she took care of it right away. I would give her 10 stars out of 10. The hotel we stayed the prior 3 nights in Pittsburgh could use a employee like her. Our visit was for 2 nights wed 28th thur 29th checked out Friday July 30 room 104 I hope she be there if we go back thur again soon.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating! The room was clean. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. Loved the microwave in the room and the larger sized mini fridge! The hotel itself, isn't super fancy but still updated enough that we were very comfortable. Even with the grab and go breakfast bags,due to covid restrictions, we still enjoyed them. (Microwavable breakfast sandwiches, breakfast bar, yogurt, and juice) Coffee was even great and always available- bonus! We will continue to stay here, anytime we're back in town.

Our drain stoppers on both the sink and tub was broken but nothing major was wrong really. The pool was also extra warm last night.
