The room was beautifully decorated and spacious. I did think the bathroom door was located in a strange spot, since most of the time when I'm alone, I just leave the door open, it blocked the toilet paper when opened. I am a bit claustrophobic though, so maybe I'm the only one who does that....The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and very pretty. It was an easy walk to some good restaurants!

The only bad thing that happened while I was there was I picked up an egg for breakfast. There were LOTS of carbs to eat and I was trying to be a little healthy. I bit into the egg and it was AWFUL. I notified the staff immediately and the next day there was a whole new batch of eggs.

We enjoyed the size of the room. Our family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child) had more than enough space, and we never felt on top of one another. The breakfast area gets packed, but we appreciated the additional seating option to eat outdoors. The proximity to Hershey Park was a huge plus since we spent 2 days at the park. Every staff member that my family encountered was pleasant!

Breakfast options were limited, the crowd was a bit much, especially at the waffle station, even after waiting, so we decided not to participate after the first day. The jacuzzi was not operable during our stay, and the adults were hoping to enjoy it.

Great location if you are going to Hershey Park. There were plenty restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed having breakfast before heading out for the day and bonus we were able to save some money on overpriced park food.

The hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay. People let their children run up and down the halls screaming late at night and early in the morning which is easily heard through thin walls, but that's honestly not the hotel's fault. People should just teach their children manner and to be respectful of other guests. Lots of families, which make sense considering the proximity to Hershey Park, but if you are looking for a relaxing or romantic place to stay, this isn't really it.

We planned a day at Hersheypark/chocolateworld, and this Days Inn is a 6 min drive to the park. The location was amazing, as it's also walking distance to several restaurants and little stores. My kids love a hotel with a pool, and the pool here closes at 11pm, which is later than many other hotels. There is a continental breakfast, which was okay, nothing fabulous. The waffles were good. Staff were friendly for the 2 nights we stayed. There are full-size bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers, I appreciated those over the tiny bottles usually provided. Decent sized room, definitely not bad for a small weekend stay.

There is a hot tub, which is cool, but due to the fact it's attached to the pool, it's not very hot since pool water easily overflows in. Only 4 people can enjoy it at a time. Not a deal breaker or anything. The AC was kind of loud in the room, throughout the night I noticed when it turned on. Not a big deal unless you're a super super light sleeper. It didn't bother my kids at all.

We’ve stayed at this location many times during our visits to Hershey. Breakfast is always good and the rooms nice and clean. Kids used the pool and had a good time.

Our room was right next to the vending machines and the ice machine was pretty loud. Not sure if it was just the ice itself being made or if people were vending the ice machine. It was throughout the night. No fault to the hotel, but parents should be mindful during breakfast hours. Many young children were using the waffle machines and making it quite messy.

Our kids always love the pool. Good variety at breakfast, and it's the perfect location from Hershey Park, always a safe and friendly environment for our stays! The halls always smell like chocolate, mmm. And the bath products were a great scent, too!

Rooms appeared remodeled and updated, which was great... but maybe felt a little sterile upon first glance. It quickly did not matter, however, as all we're doing is collapsing in bed at the end of a long park day. We'll keep coming back!!

We've stayed at the Wyndham Days Inn Hershey many times. It is our favorite hotel in Hershey. We are always exceptionally pleased with everything EXCEPT this last visit on 12-25-23. Our only complaint -- and it's an important one to us -- is that the overhead lighting at the bathroom sink area is too dim. It is obvious that a renovation is underway but not all things new are improvements. We could barely see ourselves in the mirror or see anything we had placed on the bathroom counter. In fact, we resorted to using a hanging flashlight on the towel bar in order to see well. This is a glaring (pun intended) problem. Either increase the bulb wattage or install an additional light over the mirror or over the towel bar. Thank you!

Close to the Hershey Lodge Convention Center. My husband was able to check us out since I needed to be at the convention. If we had time we would have definitely used the pool. It ws also close to restaurants. Probably the best Days Inn I've ever stayed in.

Not there long enough to find a problem. Would have liked to have received a receipt from Days Inn even though we pre-paid through a third party.

We had a late check-in and when we arrived everything was ready for us. All we had to do was sign-in and the keys were ready. Restaurants and Fast food was only 10 minutes away and open late. The pool was open until 11 pm, breakfast in the morning was delicious. Check-out was easy. Location was so close to Hershey Park, you can see the roller-coaster across the street. We will definitely return to this hotel!

There was no late check-out without having to pay a full night.

Accommodating staff as they moved our room from a second floor with no view to the 4th floor with a full view of Hersheypark. Included breakfast was also good with a variety of choices. There were also many places to eat within walking distance, which the hotel provided a list indicating which were that close.

Spa and pool while nice could use an upgrade, the jets were very weak in the spa. Also the pool itself could have been warmer.
