Spacious room, perfect bed, excellent shower, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, check-out time of 12 noon very helpful, room and bathroom very clean. Morning staff went out of their way to help me out--much appreciated.

The ventilation system in the room was unusually noisy. This is literally the only thing to criticize.

The check in staff are lovely and really friendly. The hotel is in a nice quiet area, on what seems to be like an office or business park. The rooms are big and comfortable. The room was really clean, as were sheets and towels. This was the end of our trip and being able to do laundry on site was really handy. I would definitely stay again.

Staff was very friendly! Breakfast was ok. A/c worked great! Wish the pillows were normal size! And wish they gave out more than just two towels. But over all was a great experience and we will stay again if we need too! Location is very convenient!

King room was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Great location and value.

Breakfast was disappointing. Weekend breakfast included sausage patties and wet scrambled eggs. It would have been better if eggs were cooked longer and included some type of breakfast potatoes.

The breakfast each day was good, varied and more than adequate.

Everything I can think of was fine. It is always possible to think of something that could was been a little more convenient, but nothing springs to mind, and it seems pointless to struggle to think something up to say.

The receptionist at check in was friendly and welcoming. She was proactive and sent staff with linen to set up the sofa bed in the room. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and the room and the bathroom were reasonably clean. Walmart and various eateries is within a short driving distance. Access to the highway and PIT airport is very convenient.

I smelt cigarette smoke in the halls at night. Breakfast was also very strange. Empty trays of food and fruit with no replenishments. I saw quite a few people walk away on finding the trays empty. This was @ 9 am on a Saturday morning, a full hour before breakfast closing time. The lady supposed to be checking on the guests just sat on a table and helped herself to breakfast. Even after dark, side entrances weren't locked and we passed through without our room keys/cards.. This despite signs saying room access cards were needed to open the door. Makes the place feel unsafe.

The breakfast was fine for me. Offering a choice of fruit would improve this area. The location was good for me. I was near to the bus route and was able to easily travel to downtown Pittsburgh.

At breakfast, more variety in choice of fruit. I only saw bananas.

Rooms were comfortable and quite spacious. Ample parking and hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. Approximately 16 minutes from PNC Field which was great for us!

Breakfast selection was limited and sausages were cold. One of the two rooms we had was subject to noises from the hotel ventilation system (apparent one night at 12:30 am) and excessive water noise when another room was using their shower.

The suite was nice. The accommodations were close to everything we had to do and I liked the 12 noon check out.

The coffee was cold and there were no pillowcases on the pillows.

Location and the breakfast good.

The things I didn't like they could not control. Like kids running in hallways and rude guests at breakfast.
