The breakfast was totally awesome! Such a wide variety of choices and everything was so tasty! We were pleased that the eggs were 'real', as we stayed at another hotel and they served 'powdered eggs.'. Yuck! That was our first time having them and they were horrible. So glad your's were real. Also, the coffee in the loby 24/7 was a nice treat. Harry at the front desk was exceptional. Always smiling to greet you, friendly and personable!

The only issue I had was the bathroom needed a sink counter to put your makeup, and beauty items. Plus, with 2 of us in the room, the tiny sink area was not ample enough. The door latch (the big silver one on the top), closed on it's own and we almost got locked out. We had to grab the door before it totally closed, and held the safety bar with a rubber band. Some one should take a look at that before a customer does get locked out.

The place was remodeled about a year ago. Just beautiful. Great carpeting, paint and rooms. Great location and easy to get to. Breakfast was fabulous with eggs bacon sausage biscuits cereal and lots of nice food. Tasty and not like the usual plastic food. Beds were comfortable. Rooms very clean.

Seems like no hotel checks the sink drains anymore Ours was slow. Possibly clogged Room trash was not picked up in the 3 days we were there. Seems like hotels are getting away from bar soap. They had a nice liquid soap dispenser in shower with shampoo conditioner and body wash. Sink had lotion and body wash. Personally i dont like body wash but my wife does. Shower dispensers were nice idea tbough

They have made upgrades to the property and for the value, I was happy with the facilities. Each morning we had a hot breakfast with plenty of variety for all diet types.

If I have to point out one thing, it will be that the gap at the bottom of the door is to wide. The was a constant whistling we noticed on our first night. It was a simple fix by placing a towel near the gap.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was a bit challenging but I found it. As for the breakfast....being a vegan, just about the only thing I can eat from these hotel breakfasts is a piece of fruit and coffee. At the least a plant based milk would be appreciated.

No plant based milks or other vegan alternatives at breakfast.

Hot breakfast was fine. We were expecting a "bagged breakfast" per the check in receptionist, but there were scrambled eggs, sausages, and biscuits and gravy in addition to cold breakfast items. The hotel room was comfortable; it appeared to be a fairly new hotel.

The IHG general reservation line. It was slow, long wait, and did not present the information clearly. I ended up back with booking.com to make the reservation. It was the same price when all was done.

We enjoyed our stay. Checked in really late and lady at the front desk understood we were tired and needed some rest. We were located on first floor and it really was quiet. Loved the Keurig in the room!!!

Easy location to get in/out of. Kids loved the breakfast and rooms were clean. Plenty of places to eat close by.

The A/C in room 220 could get the temp below 74 degrees.

Large vanity/counter in the bathroom. Hot water Luggage carrier available when checking in & checking out. Plenty of parking.

Only a small towel bar under the sink, not big enough for the bath towels. No microwave.

The breakfasts were great, and well organized. Keurig in my room was wonderful! The creature comforts of your home are all here my friends.

Rooms could use more handicap bars in the shower, and also more towel bars. Currently not any towel bars at the sink area and only one hook on the back of the door for a large towel.
