the breakfast was OK. They had a yogurt machine/dispenser. I didn't have any because I'm assuming it was plain and not flavored yogurt. They did have some cherry pie filling and granola to put on it. I just had a bagel and OJ. The room was nice. Bed was comfortable and each bed had 4 pillows. They allowed us to check in a little early. We had a wedding at 3:30. We checked in hotel at 2:15. I appreceiated that. We also appreciated the room had a small fridge.

The room was great. Staff at check in and overnight were awesome. The morning staff was a little rude and acted like it was a problem to put a bag of pancake mix in the machine. And complained alot.

The room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. At 100.00 a night , I assumed wrong. Our stay was great other than for the morning staff and no fridge or microwave in the room.

What a fantastic place to stay. Sarah and Elizabeth (Morning) at reception were very warm and welcoming. Room was very clean and location was great. Breakfast in the morning was filling and my family enjoyed the stay to the fullest. Thank you and keep up the good work.

The staff were super fríendly and the hotel was easy to find. The room was exactly what we needed. The hotel itself is located a short jaunt from the Allegheny National Forest, which was the purpose of our visit.

The cleaning staff missed a drawer full of trash before our arrival, one item of which was a plastic cup full of cigarette butts. Needless to say, the room smelled like cigarettes. The breakfast selection was a bit limited. The parking lot could do with some work.

Maintenance man argued with me that the fridge was working when it clearly wasn't because my frozen meals were thawing out after a few hours of being there. Had to switch rooms at 11pm.

there was one person that worked the front desk in the morning of Monday July 18 2022 she was rude to my niece for no reason at breakfast stating she didn’t know what she was doing with the waffle maker she was a Karen and a maid that accused us of smoking in the room and none of us even smoke it was me and all kids other than that it was very nice

Very friendly staff, who is willing to help. A great, central location to the forest!

The mattress was awful. Like laying on a sheet of plywood. I've been here many times and it seems the mattresses got worse.

Beautiful decorated room, very comfy bed. Great breakfast for this level of hotel.

Wi-fi wasn't working at all and when it did eventually work the next day we could only get it on one phone.

The property is clean. Possibly looks like it was freshly remodeled or possibly even brand new.  They have a nice concrete pad out in the back with picnic tables and charcoal grills. 

The staff was nice. The beds were super comfy! Location was good too.

The breakfast could have been better. The pancake machine was broken, too. Also, I wish the rooms had some water bottles
