I I said and fell in the bathroom was able to make it to the phone because I couldn't get told them that I had fallen and needed help getting up they came to my rescue and helped me up they were so kind and understanding and asked me at least five or six times if I was hurt and I kept telling them no I was not in we all kind of sort of laughed about the whole thing but they were the greatest kindest three ladies that I have ever met

The only thing that I actually it's not I didn't like it but there's not really a designated area for pets or at least it's not marked and I just found a little bit of a patch of grass in the front so that my dog could do her business

There is too small an area for walking dogs and too much poop. The guests aren't cleaning up after their pets. Would have been better if cleaned up. They are very busy remodeling and getting the place in shape to fill all the rooms.when finished it will be great

Bryan was Excellent! Our booking.com was reserved but the hotel didn’t get there funds on our arrival but Bryan was so willing to get us settling in and deal with it. Facility was well kept, beds were comfy, shower was warm..

The connection between bookings.com and the facility. Had to call three times to bookings.com and the call dropped twice while on hold..Not sure where the breakdown was on online transaction but felt it was being put on us.. customer service and said it would be 5-7 days for refund if we choose to cancel and go direct to the hotel. We had traveled 15 hours and just wanted to get settled in to the reservation we had already been charged for

The location was convenient and close to restaurants. The rooms are clean and have been recently updated. I would stay here again.

I could hear noise from the turnpike. The room was small but adequate space for a solo traveler.

The property was recently changed to Red Roof. It was recently remodeled, the lobby was clean and uncluttered. Staff was fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID. A second staff member was in the lobby, and greeted me warmly as I entered. There had been a recent snow storm, and parking lots had been plowed as clear as possible. They support the Red Roof pet policy, which is the biggest reason for choosing this location. Another large Winter storm was approaching, and I needed a property that would be comfortable, had there been a need to stay another day.

Realizing that there had been excess snow, and an ice storm coming, it was understandable that all areas were not shoveled clean, but there was not a convenient way to get from my car to the room directly.

The staff was wonderful & area had alot of choices to eat
