desk staff/management (can't remember her name but works day shift) always super pleasant and able to accommodate adjoining room needs. breakfast - especially on Sunday (in May) exceptional and well stocked - nice views in breakfast seating area shampoo soap dispenser in bathtub/shower rather than individual bottles -

Might be time to change out some of the mattresses as one bed was sunken in a bit with a larger size person shape. shampoo dispenser was empty & needed filling - we didn't request so that's on us

I can’t answer the bonus question as I think ALL hotels are overpriced for things the average American would not give up, like daily clean towels, which are bad for the environment, but could lower cost. The staff was great, the WiFi worked, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower had strong water pressure - can’t ask for much more.

It would have been nice to have a whole grain bread option and a banana or some no sugar added fruit choice at breakfast. I drive an EV. It would be great if they had a charging station, but I am not displeased as EVs are not common enough to expect that of an economy hotel yet.

Great staff, very clean room, comfortable bed. The site restaurant has a small menu but good food, or local restaurants are close by. Great location. I always stay here when I'm in the area

I had to use my comforter trick. I put the comforter under the contour sheet and remake the bed for extra cushion. It works especially well with older mattresses Sometimes the auto lights are a little irritating when they come on and off by themselves

Breakfast had a nice variety for a continental breakfast. Sometimes I have trouble with the breakfasts included at hotels finding protein to eat. But they had ham and eggs, which was great.

The automatic overhead light turned on when I went to the bathroom during the night. It was pretty bright, but I understand having it so you don't enter into a dark room from the hallway.

They have fresh waffles at the breakfast buffet that you make in a waffle iron. They were good

Our room was advertised as 2 bed, but one bed was a pull out. Fortunately the person who needed a second bed in our case was a child, so a pull out was fine, but it was definitely misleading. I would have been a lot more upset if we were traveling with an older adult that would be uncomfortable on a pull out.

Breakfast is located in very pleasant on site restaurant. Eggs and sausage hot items along with a waffle bar and the usual assortment of breakfast carbs. Coffee was great! Bathroom was spotless. Bed very comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator clean and in working order. Very good Wi-Fi. Staff friendly and helpful 😊

This is about half way from our home in SC to our summer home in VT. We have stayed at the Hazelton Comfort Inn for at least the last 3 yrs. Easy to get to and like the fact there is a restaurant on site and a hot breakfast gets us on the road quickly. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and courteous.

The bed was clean but was sloppily made with pillows just thrown on the bed and bottom sheet not tucked in complelely. The mattress was old and not really comfortable. There was mold in the creases of the shower. This was the first year we have had any complaints about this hotel.

The room was super spacious and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The staff was friendly. The hot breakfast was delicious! They had a variety of options!

The shower was not consistently warm. The pillows were not that comfortable. They got flat very quickly.

Good location. Adequate breakfast. Allows pets, without overcharging for pets. Only $15.00.

The area around the hotel should be cleaned up. Behind the building there is a nice area to walk your dog but there are lots of building materials thrown in areas that distract.

Great location, great people on staff, very clean with dehumidifier to turn on while we were out. The couch was a blessing, especially since the bed was not

My only issue was the bed. Very hard and uneven. Could not stay comfortable
