*The room was Clean *It was a very Hot Day, Air Conditioning was on and my Room was Cool when I arrived *Nice Size Flat Screen TV, Plenty of Available Channels to Choose From

*The Outside LIGHTS! I'm All about Safety, but there were So many and they were So Bright, even with the Curtains Completely Closed, you could see Every Inch of your Room.. *Front Desk Staff, I was there on an extended stay.. Only delt with 2 Woman.. One of which on Every Encounter was Extremely Rude.

The value of the room for the size was definitely worth it. It was clean and the staff was helpful and accommodating. We even needed to extend our trip by one day and had a lot of medical equipment and they were able to keep us in the same room. Cleanliness is a huge thing as my wife has a lot of medical equipment we travel with and the room was definitely dust free and very clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the work desk was of a normal larger size. The staff was friendly and accommodating even as we arrived in the middle of the night. The location was super interesting. Getting off the highway at night it looked very secluded but the view from the back of the hotel where our room was, was very peaceful and tranquil. There was a big shopping complex that we visited multiple times that had everything we needed within 5 minutes.

When we arrived they assumed because I requested a room that was exceptionally clean because of my wife's medical conditions that she needed a handicapped room. She doesn't require the "handicapped" accommodations most of the time and I did need the bigger desk that was only available in the room we booked originally because I was there in business. However, after finding out that evening that they couldn't move me I was told I would be accommodated first thing in the morning and I was moved by noon.

The Inn is at the top of a steep driveway, surrounded by trees, with ample parking. The verbal advice about getting the heat to work was confusing. Likewise the window unit was confusing. By phone, the Innkeeper advised turning on the thermostat on the bathroom wall. I did, but was confused by the response. The Innkeeper responding quickly and efficiently when I phoned again. He came to the door and explained that the heat was not from the window unit, but was from the radiant heaters up toward the ceiling. Mystery solved.

Two months ago we stayed at a motel in Scranton. I vowed never to stop at Scranton again because the highways are so awful, confusing, and poorly marked. Wilkes-Barre became the preferred second destination. Strangely marked streets must be a northeast Pennsylvania phenomenon, but we managed it with some help from a patron at a Verizon store. The coffee bar had only powdered creamer, and the coffee supply was exhausted, but was replaced later.

It was great there. The only issue was the none smoking rooms were smelling smoke and I know it’s not the fault of the hotel. Some people ask for none smoking room, they go in there and smoke it up. Stop messing up people’s property, one day in return people will pay you back of the same change. The front desk was complaining of someone who went into a none smoking room and smoked it up and expected to get his deposit back. Of course they forfeited the deposit for going against the property rules. Nice place to stay.

Central located to everything

elevators they do not have so if you’re up on the third floor which we asked for, but we didn’t realize I didn’t have an elevator it’s climbing stairs, so if you can’t walk up the stairs, I suggest staying on the first floor

The room was clean and maintained. Everything worked. I did not hear my neighbors dog until i was outside. There was enough space to walk my dog on the other side of the building. It was quiet (I Was on the side away from the highwway).

A ton of Cigarette butts around outside. There is only coffee with no breakfast and there is no real cream...only powdered, but for the $$ saved I can buy breakfast AND dinner for us both.

Accommodated a concern I had with no aggravation.

Everything was fine and well worth the cost but your management might want to consider adding a national customer service desk to answer local (e.g. directions, local restaurants, etc. type questions) via simple web searches that local staff may not know answers to. Still- it was worth the value.

I like that it was secluded but still close to everything. It was perfect for us. The staff were pleasant and kind

It was a little dated. We wish that there was a clock in the room

The room was nicer and cleaner than I expected compared to the ratings/reviews, parking was easy, checkin was easy but there was only 1 person working so took a while. The shower was pretty spacious. The linens were clean.

Check-in wasn’t very fast, we called the desk from our room but no one picked up, seemed like they were short staffed

Oddly, I really liked that I was not paying for amenities we would not be using, ie: pool, gym, game room. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean, and well stocked

I cant think of anything
