Staff was always nice and very helpful! Both my parents were in the hospital, and sometimes the side door would not work.

Doors did not always open with key. Side door was hardly working and had to put Key in door several times before it would work. There was about 7 cop cars one night, so didn't always feel safe, although it is a business district, right off a major highway.

Hotel concept is perfect for me. I am sick of eating out so being able to cook in room is great. I ate all but one of my meals prepared by me instead of at a restaurant. Tv cable was great. Plenty to watch. Room ventilated okay. Cooking smells cleared after a while. Bathroom well desined and clean. All in all, good hotel.

The stainless steel cooking pan was burnt. Glad I brought my own cooking oil because there was none otherwise.I had only one fry pan. Better if there were two size pots and pans. No bowl or plate covers for microwaving foods. Coffee was awful. They had filter coffee packs. No brew filters in hotel store if I wanted to brew coffee. I am fussy about my coffee. A lot of people are picky like me also.

This is always a great stay for me in the Williamsport area. The accommodations are wonderful clean and a great place to sleep. They also have a small gym and laundry facilities should that be of interest for guest staying more than a few days. There are small food shop contains most of what anybody would need for a late night snack! Very nice accommodations.

The spider that was dead on the floor of the elevator for 24 hours was a bit off-putting.

The room was very clean and lot's of space. The bathroom had plenty of room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The price was good for that room. Nice location...

Room was very comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious. Having a dishwasher, microwave and a coffee maker made things very convenient and comforting.

I have no complaints about the facility.

Very comfortable clean room and pet friendly. Staff was friendly. Decent breakfeast. The fitness center was very nicely set up with multiple choices of excercises. Would stay there again on buisness now I know where it is.

Location of the hotel. Hard to find as it was tucked away behind the Best Western. There was no sign out front with the Best Western sign which being tucked behind I had to ask the Best Western desk if this was the Hotel.

The staff and the clean rooms, the toilet had a broken handle, Ms Kareem was on duty in the morning she moved us to another upgraded room.

indoor pool was closed and it wasn’t posted anywhere that we could use the outdoor pool at the other hotel (owned by the same company)

very clean, very friendly staff, and the pool was never crowded and the bedding was soft

We arrived really late. 3am, left by 9 am. When we checked inn, gave us a late check out but had plans. Thought that was nice.
