I love that we had the option to travel with our pet to this hotel. There were a lot of restaurants, shopping and grocery to choose from within walking distance. The staff at check in went above and were beyond friendly 😊

The property was under construction and, as with any public area, was congested with people. Some who were not staying at the hotel insisted on hanging outside in the common area.

The pool was fun for yhe kids and the room was comfortable. The price was attractive.

The breakfast was good but all the trash cans were overflowing. The juice dispenser was watered down and there were ants on the counter. Behind the bathroom door there was a buildup of dirt that should be more clean. The refrigerator unit had a decent crack in it. When booking for a family of 5, it is frustrating to only have 2 towels and washclothes stocked.

Everything looked very clean. Breakfast was good and hot, even until 930. The shower was hot. The staff was very friendly. I spoke to the housekeeping staff and they were very nice too.

The AC stopped working in the middle of the night. It was turned on but it wasn't blowing any air. Then early in the morning it started running again. I'm not sure what that was about. There was a TV channel guide in the room but you didn't know what program you were watching.

The room met our wheelchair accessible needs. The breakfast was nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately, someone attempted to enter the camper shell on our pickup. They damaged the paint. They did not gain entry. I saw this problem after leaving the hotel. I do not blame the hotel. The truck was parked right by the front door. I think the area is not as safe at night as in the day.

Beds are extremely comfortable an room was very clean. Staff was will to accommodate us an were very pleasant.

People in room next to us were very loud. Also alot of kids running down hallways being very disrespectful an load. Didn't get much sleep. Refrigerator was on lowest setting an froze everything in it.

They really jack the prices up during the LLWS, and I'm not sure it's worth what they charge, but you can't beat the location. There was not enough seating for breakfast. We ended up on the couches by the front desk with plates on our laps.

Beds were comfortable and room size was nice.

There's a moldy smell as you enter the main entrance that is sickening! The staff has attempted to mask it air freshener. It's a bit pricey to wash & dry at the self laundry. The windows in the pool are didn't appear to be cleaned on a daily or regular basis! Last but not least, please make sure that housekeeping changes bed linen prior to customer check-in!!! After we checked in, we immediately noticed that the bed linen were soiled from previous guests. This was unhealthy & unsanitary! We reported this to the front desks and the gentleman to care of it for us.

Breakfast was great. Very tasty, good selection and well prepared.

Comforter on bed was too heavy. It was placed between two sheets therefore making it difficult to separate. Awakened because of too warm to sleep even though heat source was turned off.

The Comfort Inn here was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Some of our "neighbors" were very loud after 11 PM. I called the front desk and the problem was taken care of immediately.

The location is on a busy road, across from a Sheetz.

Great breakfast. My wife enjoyed the strawberry waffle.

On the first day, the girl running the breakfast was not on top of things...coffee refill, cleaning. The second day had two people (Saturday) and they were wonderful.
